“I just want to acknowledge the manager Lay at this location. My family ordered two pizzas tonight to be picked up. I picked them up and went home and one of the pizzas was wrong. Of course I was disappointed so I drove back to the store. Lay asked me what was wrong and I showed her and she immediately solved the issue made me a new pizza kept the correct pizza warm for me while I waited. I am in customer service and this was GREAT customer service. The other thing I noticed before I even know she was the manager was that she was working alongside her team while leading it making a great example of how a true leader is. Thank you Lay for making our order right and for being an awesome leader.“
“Five stars because we drive up in this Hella rain storm and sit and laugh about how hard it is raining and how wet we will get and out comes the guy who works there and offers to bring the pizza out. we were thrilled - then sat in the car and ate some hot delish pizza.“
“I usually don’t get Dominos on a Friday evening… but I’m not sure if they are always this busy, or if it was the 50% off National Coupon or simply Mother’s Day weekend… but they were SO BUSY. The tracker on my APP showed that they hadn’t even started my pizza until almost 30 minutes after I placed it.
Initially I was concerned, but once I saw that they had started baking it, I immediately assumed that they were very busy. Once it was completed, I went ahead and drove to the store to pick up my order.
And sure enough… they were SLAMMED. Nevertheless, they were HUSTLING. They all had a high sense of urgency, they were working their butts off, and I was so impressed at seeing the amount of effort they were putting in as a team.
The list of orders was so long, the phone kept going off… but they never stopped moving. Nowadays I get frustrated at the lack of pace and urgency…. But this was definitely NOT the case.
This team was like watching the Avengers assemble. Sure, there was a bit of a line of people when I got there, and I’m sure they probably got some impatient person complaining about “why it’s taking so long” when CLEARLY they are facing a STAMPEDE of orders. Nevertheless, they were all laser focused and working so hard.
I hope they get the recognition they deserve. I bartend for a living and get my butt kicked every week, so as a sympathetic consumer/comrade, I salute this team!

“I dont order pizza much, here recently I've order from this domino's, one of which was during an ice Strom. The pizza was sooo good. I ordered again tonight and wow all of it the pizza, the little bread buds, the brownies. All was hot and oh so good! When I saw the negative reviews I needed to say something. I order online and always comes perfect. Delivery was quick both times! Mike came duing the snow storm. We were so grateful. The sweet young lady tonight got here quicklyA Thank you!“
“I would like to give a Kudos the twin sister behind the counter.
When we arrived they asked me and my friend if it was a pick up or a counter order and since it was an order at the counter they let us know there was a promotion online. When the website was not working for us. One of them offered to help us while she was working in other order and since the website wasn't working as it should she lend ud her phone to place the order online. If that's nor customer service I dont know what it is . Those 2 girls are the best workers I have deal with in a very long time.
I don't know who the manager was but they do deserve some recognition.
I noticed there were locations closer to my home but I would go back just to thank the ladies at the counter and to have that amazing cx service.“
“Went in and meet the nicest Mgr.Sarah she was the sweetest . The atmosphere was so pleasant. The young adults was in position doing thor thing ! . My pizza was very good. The wings was very good. I will be back Sarah you are a jewel ty for taken my order and being so kind you made my day 😇“

“Just ordered a veggie pizza and a lava cake from Domino’s, and it totally hit the spot! The pizza had a great balance—crispy crust, fresh veggies, and just the right amount of cheese. Super satisfying. But the real MVP? That lava cake. Warm, gooey, and just the right level of chocolatey indulgence. Also, delivery was quick and smooth—the food arrived hot and fresh.
