TL;DR Fantastic food, worth the wait!I was in town for the eclipse and went on the first Saturday of the month. We got off the plane, dropped our bags and went straight to the restaurant getting there around 1100. The line was out the door all the way behind the building into the parking lot. Arriving at 10:15 am. There was an extremely long line. He wait was worth it. Thought I was eating there until I saw the line. Cornbread was sold out. Just enough time to order takeout and get our 2:00 pm flight home. I’ll pass on the Mexican street corn if there’s a next time.

The best BBQ Pork Ribs and Brisket I've personally ever had. The Crack Cake is one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth period. So so so good. The sides are mostly fine, not a huge fan of their other meats as well. But for ribs and brisket, this is the spot. Just amazing.
