I was at the Grand Prairie car show and was hungry. Pinche Smokerz was there and I figured it would be OK at best... boy was I wrong. IT WAS FABULOUS! For $20 I got a brisket topped baked potato. Sounds expensive at first but I got 4 meals off of that $20. They use huge potatoes, pile it high with brisket and cheese . So good! I am a barbecue lover I travel to town to town to taste peoples food.. When I came across these people on social media I had to try it’s in my own city here is my thought.. The jalapeño poppers are off the chain bake potatoes are definitely loaded the brisket tacos are fabulous I highly recommend the brisket tacos are not dried at all. Keep you updated on the ribs..

Pinche smokers has the best bbq in Dallas. My favorite is their potato with brisket. The potato is huge and the brisket super tender and juicy. Maria and Eddie will not disappoint. Definitely a must try!!
