I was at the Grand Prairie car show and was hungry. Pinche Smokerz was there and I figured it would be OK at best... boy was I wrong. IT WAS FABULOUS! For $20 I got a brisket topped baked potato. Sounds expensive at first but I got 4 meals off of that $20. They use huge potatoes, pile it high with brisket and cheese . So good! Also came with Mac and cheese unlike I've ever had before but I can assure you it won't be the last time I get it. Creamy, cheesy, with a slight hint of heat. YUMMY! It also came with sliced sausage that my husband devoured without giving me any but I assume it was tasty as well. Definitely will be looking for them at future charity events.

I am a barbecue lover I travel to town to town to taste peoples food.. When I came across these people on social media I had to try it’s in my own city here is my thought.. The jalapeño poppers are off the chain bake potatoes are definitely loaded the brisket tacos are fabulous I highly recommend the brisket tacos are not dried at all. Keep you updated on the ribs..
