Banhmigos Cafe is a cute and simple spot with an easy-to-read menu. The food comes out very timely and is always excellent, fresh, tasty, and delicious. The banh mi sandwiches are a standout, with veggies cut up super thin and well marinated, served on warm bread with a crunchy exterior and fluffy inside. Other menu highlights include the brisket Pho with solid, savory broth and well-seasoned meats, generous rice boxes and vermicelli noodles, and shrimp spring rolls with fantastic peanut sauce. The pork spring rolls and summer rolls are also fresh and tasty. Drinks like boba viet coffee and iced boba thai tea are super good. Portion sizes are generous, with sandwiches around $10-13. This has quickly become a favorite go-to spot for a delicious bite. Highly recommend!
