There is ample seating and ample parking in the lots around the deli.
The meals are satisfactory and the prices reasonable. J's is open for breakfast and lunch M-Saturday. No Sunday hours at the time of this review.“

We started with their famous Marshmallow Soup — a creamy tomato and carrot bisque with tangy goat cheese “marshmallows.” Truly unique and so comforting. For entrées, we shared the Southwest Chicken Soufflé and the Mac & Cheese Soufflé. Both were divine — airy yet rich, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. I finished with the Blueberry Soufflé, which was bursting with flavor and beautifully airy. My husband had the Crème Brûlée, with its perfectly crisp top and creamy custard — classic and flawless. “The best Subway in DFW is on Lower Greenville Ave! I frequent this place, and they always look out for me. They arrange a little smiley face with veggies to greet you, daily, and it makes me smile whenever I'm having a broken day. I tell the owner how my days are going, and no matter what's happening, he takes the time to listen to me. In that part of Greenville, the locals (of which I am one) never take the time to check on their neighbors, the transplants. One of the guys had been working there for over a decade, and no matter what I did to recruit him, he wouldn't leave that Subway.“

“I have been drinking boba for the better part of 20 years, and I have tried dozens of places. I expected a standard, subpar boba tea place when I went here for the first time. It is the closest boba place to my home, and, upon walking in, you don’t expect much from the place. It’s a small space with post-it notes as decor.

Little did I know, it is the best boba tea I have ever had, and it’s now my go-to for any kind of “comfort food.” My significant other also loves their drinks and food!

Milk T absolutely does not disappoint. I haven’t had a bad drink here, and I haven’t had a bad taiyaki here either. The cheddar cheese taiyaki is like the grilled-cheese sandwich you never knew you needed in your life. The owner is patient and efficient.

Please, give this place a try. It’s hard to find places like this.“
