Sandwich Hag & chimlanh is one of my FAVORITE spots in Dallas. Can't recommend it enough. I love to try the seasonal items - the latest being the mandarin cakes and pandan chiffon cake being my favorites. My go to coffee is the coco da lat. I LOVE the grilled pork banh mi. All the seating is outdoors and there's options for shaded or sun. They also have markets and other events from time to time that they post about on their instagram.
My only regret was not coming sooner!The building is a lovely little complex of tables and covered seating, with a heater for cooler days and shade cloth for hot sunny days. Seating was plentiful and clean.The coffee is delicious and smooth, with options clearly thought out and made with blend in mind. I love this restaurant. They are consistently good and the tofu banh mi is my go to. They carry products from other local businesses and I have been put on to several businesses because of them. They are kind and I love that they prioritize their well being by taking time off. You should for sure try this restaurant and then come back for more!
