Initially, everything was great. I’ve been to this place 10 times and they have great coffee but when I started having issues with my rewards account, they said they would look into it and after over three weeks, I still kept getting the same response. I stopped by in person one day and said that I don’t want to continue purchasing items if I’m not going to be rewarded, and when I said that they look on the employee’s face was appalling.
