If this place weren’t close to my home and if I didn’t love the street, I wouldn’t come here at all anymore. I admired the place in the beginning but the server doesn’t greet you, and when I say thank you, they don’t even respond. It makes you feel almost guilty for being here. I’ve brought so many friends and new customers to this place, and now I regret it.
I also think they should remove the ‘please wait’ signs on the tables. You just stand there waiting and no one comes. In the end, you end up finding and choosing your own table anyway. As a business, they really need to improve. If they were in a different location instead of this one, they would probably go bankrupt.

The carrot cake sales out fast because it's delicious. I also enjoy the Waldorf Astoria Chicken Salad and the breakfast croissant. It's a little expensive but I think it's worth the value give the quality of the product and service.

I’m a asian customer and they were rude. Stared me down and expected us to tip 20% for doing absolutely nothing. I was taking time to pick a cake with my friend and the manager hovered over the cakes as if they were inpatient for us to make our selection. It gave weird vibes.
This place is a favorite in the area and is always busy with people coming and going. Although it can be a bit pricey, their menu items are still of great quality. My favorite part about this place is their desserts, my personal favorite of mine is their recesses cheese cake which is a mix of peanut butter and chocolate. If you want to go to a local favorite, this is the place

Went there for the first time and the service was really slow, unfortunately. My oatmeal was never brought out so I just went inside to pay and they apologized and, of course, didn’t charge me for it. But the food my partner got and our coffees were really good! Definitely want to give it a second chance in the near future!
