The twice fried wings were crispy and delicious! You order at a kiosk, and the food is brought right to your table.

This place has lots of mold and a lot of the workers aren’t using gloves they grab your uncooked food with their bare hands it’s really unsanitary they need to close it down and get new workers I watched a worker clock in and not wash their hands 0/10 don’t recommend this location

This was a togo order. I ordered the 6 piece mix in Korean BBQ (2 drumsticks and 4 wings) and plain fries. First off, the drumsticks were huge and very juicy. The wings were very crispy. I did like the sauce, but I would ask for a little extra sauce. The taste was good, just a bit subtle. Unfortunately for my taste, the fries are breaded and I wasn't too crazy about them. The restaurant was clean, and the person up front was very friendly. Make sure you grab napkins before heading out. Luckily, I had some in the car. I'll definitely be back to try their other flavors.
Well fried chicken with unique flavors, a bit of a lackluster list of options for the sides on the menu. It's pretty much just chicken

The staff are very rude especially Tyler! They did not give the order on time to the dasher and then blamed on the dasher and mentioned that the dasher took the order way before! But I was continuously in conversation with the dasher and he mentioned and sent pictures that he had not received the order. This is very bad customer service!

Gives Korean Fried Chicken a BAD NAME. I’ve eaten Korean fried chicken many times in Oklahoma and California. They taste very differently than standard fried chicken wings, better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Yet the Bonchon fried chickens taste much worse than even Buffalo Wild Wings in Oklahoma. So if you want real Korean fried chicken, go elsewhere.
Now that’s the actual food. The service and atmosphere were fantastic. They were extremely friendly and nice. But I can’t recommend the food.

I usually order online and love the their food. The chicken is so crunchy and flavorful. Just to be safe, always plan on the chicken to be ready within 20-30 min.

Friendly staff, quick service, reasonable prices. I just had Korean fried chicken for the first time. The batter was crispy and light and not at all greasy. The sauces were delicious. I got kimchi as my side and I was given a generous portion. I will definitely be back for more.
Parking: Shared parking lot with other shops and restaurants, but there's always plenty of spots available.

Crunch out loud? Where? Owner should be aware of various issues with this store. First, terrible customer service. Today it was Terry. He was rude and seemed bothered that he had to manually submit my order because both kiosks were giving me error messages. After a while of waiting another customer went to talk to Terry about his order. Turns out they had to put new chicken in the fryer, so our order would take 25 minutes. Neither myself nor the other customer were made aware of how long we’d have to wait. When the other customer brought it to Terry’s attention Terry sarcastically responded to both of us. Terry did apologize for the wait once I got my order, but he only did so because the other customer asked for his name. This is not the first time I’ve dealt with a rude server at this store. Once, you can chalk it up to people have bad days, but if it happens regularly, you should look at your hiring practices. Furthermore, when I brought the wings home, they were soggy. Terrible for a restaurant whose motto is “Crunch out loud”.

The food tasted great and the service was good but oh my gosh, the last few times we ordered boneless- the pieces were so tiny like nuggets. We spent $60 dollars and it could not feed two people.
Bb.q chicken boneless wings are much more adjacent for portions with the value.

Came here for the first time, we ordered the bulgogi bibimbap, spicy potstickers, and the Korean fried chicken.
The bibimbap came out first and all the veggies were cold, the bulgogi beef was barely hot, and the rice was room temp.
The fried chicken and potstickers took a while to come out, so by the time the rest of the order came out we were already expecting the rest of the food to be cold or room temp.
The chicken was good, but not piping hot as you would expect. Overall I would not come back here when there are other places that do Korean fried chicken and bibimbaps so much better and fresher.
