Had a wonderful dinner at Brentwood in Addison last night. We started with the smoked salmon appetizer it was absolutely delicious and our filet mignon was perfectly prepared. Our server was attentive and went above and beyond to make sure all of my food allergies were carefully addressed, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Excellent food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.
We visited Brentwood in Addison yesterday for happy hour, and the experience was pretty disappointing. I ordered a burger from the happy hour menu and asked for it medium, but it came out basically raw. I sent it back and never received any sort of credit or adjustment. We also ordered the artichoke dip, which was $21 for a very small portion and really not worth the price. Overall, the visit fell flat. The quality and value just weren't there, and I can see why the restaurant isn't drawing much of a crowd anymore, even during happy hour.
We had a party of 8 out for a special occasion. The service was outstanding, and the food was perfect as always. Everyone had a great time.
Food Amazing! Service wonderful! Quite loud due to the screaming children with no parental support at the table next to us. I guess they thought they were at McDonalds.
Our waitress was not very attentive. We also we made a specific request that she said would not be a problem, but it did not happen, so when asked about it, she said there was nothing she could do.
We had Shrimp Louie and Oysters Rockefeller. Both were excellent. Our server, Vanessa, was fantastic. Both attentive and patient with our questions. Thank you!
Jessica was a delightful waitress and didn't rush us so we could visit. The ribs are the best we have ever had and we all had them!
This place is always busy and is a great spot to visit. You can talk with your dinner guests without having to yell. The smoked salmon appetizer and crab cakes is a favorite of mine. I'm obsessed with the Cisco Salad!! Creamy goat cheese, rotisserie chicken, avocado, and the most surprisingly delicious warm cornbread crutons.
When I walked through the door I was hit with a wonderful aroma of food. I sat at the bar (during happy hour) order a chicken strips with fries and smoked salmon along with 2 martinis. Everything was good. I will definitely be back.

Bailey at the bar is always so nice. 34 come here at least once a week and sit at the bar. The burgers are the best! My other faves are the lobster bisque, grilled artichokes, and pan Asian steak and noodle salad.

We had a terrible experience with the food and manager. The food was slathered with sour Parmesan cheese and a bottle of lemon juice. I tried to tell your tone deaf manager. If he said that he was sorry and people tend not to like that one more time I was going to puke I finally said just comp it. He never answered but told us we could tell them next time don’t put that on the food. Guess what there won’t be a next time. Bye Bye
Great old school place

Food and service impeccably executed, I know they alrdy get great reviews there BUT I noticed the Riedel glasses and immediately knew this restaurant KNOWS how to make the dining experience top notch.
