Whole order was messed up. No condiments, completely wrong toppings.

This is the same burger joint 3 years later

I’ll give them a 5 star but restaurants who keep their prices the same have my respect ✅

We need to fight back against the governments inflation

The food here is delicious, but the service takes it to another level. Veronica greeted me with so much patience and kindness that it didn’t even feel like a typical drive-thru experience. People like her make you want to come back again and again!

I think this place is under new management or new ownership. The wait was longer than usual and the fries lacked spice. Seemed like family owned and all they family just chilling there as if normal. To hang out. I mean brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, grandparents. A bit too much. Normally I visit hillcrest or mockingbird location. I came to this location since I was in the neighborhood .

We went to this location rather than the usual Mockingbird spot. Staff was great but the food was not. Burger was under seasoned and lacked the usual juiciness we were used to.

When I was a kid my grandpa showed me how to make burgers and made them so good I’ll never forget, I dearly miss him as he’s moved on.
This burger was almost EXACTLY the same as the ones he used to make, idk what it was, but it was like he was speaking to me from above.
It was like in the movie ratatouille when the chef critic take the bite that takes him back to his childhood. This burger had me sobbing like a baby eating it in my car, I need to go back soon

Went for lunch it was so good. I typically frequent the burger house on Hillcrest but nice to see they all are high quality establishments. Chili cheese fries are phenomenal

I recommend NOT going through the drive thru if you have a vocal disability and have to use a device to speak like I do, because if Luke takes your order he'll laugh about not being able to understand you.(Guess he realized it wasn't a joke when I got to the window and he saw I had a trach) Needs more training when dealing with people with disabilities especially vocal disabilities.

I was driving through Addison when I decided to stop in at Burger House. This particular eatery had long been a Dallas favorite, and this Addison location is one of three which they have. It had been a long time since the last time I ate at one of these, so it was time to stop in. At the counter, I ordered a double cheeseburger, medium fries, small onion rings, and a medium Dr Pepper. Once my order was picked up a short time later, the baskets were full of things which, admittedly, were a part of the city's legend. The burger was good, and although it didn't fully jump at me, it was satisfactory enough and it tasted just fine. Had all the vegetables on there and the beef patties were cooked wonderfully, all the while nestled neatly on a toasted sesame seed bun. The French fries were okay, even with the famous sprinkle powder, but nothing terribly special. Thin cut. What DID stand out were the battered onion rings. Each bite ensured that the onion never pulled out of the battered crust, and that got my attention. You don't get this at many places, but these onion rings really stood out. I would recommend getting an order like this to go, because the restaurant itself could use a little cleaning once in a while, particularly in the window panes and on the blinds. Not a good look for this visit, but the tables were satisfactory. So, I'd come back if I got the urge for a Burger House burger, but it'd suit me better to just do takeout.
