3 times in the last 2 weeks, they left something out of the bag. Twice the fries were missing and today the ranch dressing for the chicken wrap. The wrap is very dry and without the dip, it’s inedible. There were like 5 ketchup packs and no ranch.The food is real good but they just need QC in the drive-thru.

Despite the pouring rain, my experience at the Chick-Fil-A off Beltline in Addison was exceptional. The drive-thru service was efficient, and the staff remained courteous and upbeat despite the weather. The food was as delicious as always, and I appreciated the attention to detail even during challenging conditions. A great spot for a quick and satisfying meal, rain or shine!

I went to the drive thru just for one Oreo milkshake it was $5 for a broken straw so I could barley drink it and it didn’t come with whipped cream or a cherry and on top of that it made me really sick when I got home

Food was good and so was order taking was perfect lady at the window got mad when I asked for chic-fil-a sauce because I didn't get any with my order and she rudely gave me 1 sauce for 3 combos and had a horrible attitude. I understand working in a fast paced inviroment is not easy but maybe don’t work window if your going to mean mug customers and refuse them things this has happened multiple times and at this same location, I always struggle on if I should go or not but decide to go once more in hopes the service would be better but this was the last straw she has ruined this location for me and I will never be going back

I have always eaten at Chick-fil-A restaurants and I love all their food, but specifically this place has already been on 2 occasions and I know the Hispanic women there put their bows on them, when I ask them for something in my order they tell me it's not here We can give you what you ask for, but how?? Yes, I have ordered it in the other restaurants that are in the "monfort" or the one in the "Frankford" but of course that service I don't know compares with this place, the Hispanic women always denying the COSTUMERS things, on this occasion I ordered my complete combo and I ordered two Glasses with Ice and I told one to the other that it seems to me that they charge for it but the other had already ordered the glasses with ice and then immediately the other Hispanic woman comes out and asks another Hispanic woman about the glasses and the ice and he answers that I know we sell it here and it's not so much for the ice but rather for the GLASSES for which he has to pay and I didn't ask for water because maybe it's another extra, ,but it's amazing that this Chick-fil-AEven your cobra glasses, woow..The Services is very bad?I'm very Dissapointed?
I have ordered curbside out on my app three times. Each time I’ve ordered they never bring my order to me. What’s the point??? They tell me it’s ready for pick up even though it’s supposed to be curbside delivery. It’s set with Uber eats orders even though it’s a curbside delivery order because nobody wants to bring it out. I don’t even have time to eat my lunch by the time I go in there to pick it up because I’m waiting on them in the car to bring my order to me..
