So I'm typically a fan of chilli's but they are in desperate need of good cooks. Everytime i order chilli's the food is nearly ice cold if not ice cold. I just left chilli's and the food is again ice cold in some parts of the chicken crisper. The mozzarella sticks are cold also....the fries were literally the only thing hot...everything else is ice cold....I shouldn't have to pay $38 to get home and have to recook my food.
Did a to go order this evening. Everything was included have to give props on that. Let’s get to the food quality. The food is sub par. What happened to chilis?! They’re now no better than a fly by night fast food restaurant. You can still find quality fast food these days and it’s a better option. It’s not this location, it’s truly all of them. From NC to TN to TX the quality of the food just isn’t there anymore. 😔 PS the 90s-2000s nostalgia of chilis is dead. It used to be the nice place to go, now it’s just a last choice.

Pretty garbage service. It was extremely NOT busy, and our waitress couldn't even manage a couple tables. Multiple things we asked for weren't done. And food is so average. My sandwich had a small dollop of guac. They forgot the tomatos. Not friendly.
