They just told me order just came in right after waiting for 15 minutes to pick up. If you have a slow system please spend dont money to upgrade it. Dont be so cheap. If this is a big please hire the right tech team to fix.

I work by this locatio. But ,I had to start going to the chipotle close to my home. The guy told me I can only get a limit of 2 vinaigrette sauce. If I’m ordering for a family of 6 willing to pay extra for the sauce why would it be a limit. This is the only chipotle that does that. I only do business with the one close to my home now.I see why this location has a low rating.

Staff was unfriendly. Dinning area very dirty, while staff just stood around behind the counter. Ordered a kids quesadilla with no meat and asked to substitute the meat for extra rice and they wouldn't. My daughter asked for a second quesadilla and was charged full price and again would give her the extra rice. The rice was dry and appeared to have been sitting a while. We will not be returning to this location.

I placed a group order this morning for my employer. After receiving multiple notifications that I'd been charged three times, I conclusively didn't receive a confirmation email. I went to the store and requested the manager on duty. I explained what happened and he said I wouldn't be charged. He advised I speak with customer support. I asked for his name, and he refused it. I told him I just wanted to tell customer support who I spoke with confirming I wouldn't be charged three times. He still wouldn't give it to me. I placed the order in person despite my payment concerns. The cashier Eulogio was as unfriendly as always. I love Chipotle but I'll never revisit nor recommend this location.

This location used to be good but now I will no longer eat from here. Twice I have paid for double chicken, which is $5 extra, with no extra chicken. They just give you extra rice to make the bowl look fuller. The food is way too expensive to be skimping especially when I paid for extra. Forgot my drink both times and no hot salsa in my bowl.
Love this location, they are super fast and food is always fresh.

The door says open daily till 11:00 p.m. at 10:25 the door was locked it looks like food was still out on the line but they just didn't care to let you come in and buy it

I came to this Chipotle to have lunch. I starting getting my chicken bowl built the lady fixing my bowel gave one scoop of rice and tried to spread it through the bowl. When I asked for another scoop of she instantly seemed irritated. She rushed so fast that I didn’t even felt comfortable asking for all the ingredients that I normally would get. Mind you I was the only customer in line so what is the rush for. The empty tables are dirty and so is the drink station. This place is awful and nasty. I will never visit this location again. The guacamole is nasty and doesn’t have any flavor. I ordered a bowl, chips and guacamole and a drink for $19.00 to be disappointed.
