This is one of the worst Chipotles around. More often than not, they will get the order wrong. We ordered pickup for 3 people and every single order was wrong. Took it back for them to correct and they then skimped on our meals. Can't believe this experience cost us over $10 a meal for a wrong order and $6 worth of food after an hour ordeal.

This is what I got when I ordered a salad. Barely any lettuce and drenched in hot sauce. Chatting with Chipotlebot Pepper, I was told that I needed to contact UberEats since I ordered it online. They wouldn’t provide any refund- this is not what I asked for- this was the final straw and I won’t be eating at this location anymore. At least the chips and guacamole was good.

They forgot one part of my order. I tried calling them to get a refund, but I couldn’t get in touch so I had to talk to a bot on an app. After 20 mins of going around in a circle with the bot, I finally got a refund but still didn’t have any food. I decided to go back and get my order because that’s what I wanted. When I got there I explained what happened and the guy went to the back and came back and said it was probably because they didn’t have crunchy tacos. Which means they didn’t have what I ordered so they just said forget it. They made it with soft tacos. They gave me the bag and walked away. They are poorly staffed and have none of what you want. This will be the last time in order from them.

Why aren't servers trained to let the water drain out when ladling black beans into a tortilla? By the time I got home my burrito was a soggy mess that drained all over my kitchen counter and my other meal. I have been going to Chipotle since 1995 and the degree to which it's become a consistent disappointment lately is astonishing. Give Freebird your business. The meat isn't as flavorful but they know how to train their employees. I've yet to have a ruined meal there. I wish I had thought to photograph the mess for my review. Imagine an oval soggy lump of flour tortilla and brown water.

Great food but the fact that I can not walk in and order a quesadillas at the counter I have to stand in line and make the order on line is completely irrational and dumb. It all comes from the same kitchen.
Great location, food is consistent and fresh. Staff could be a bit friendlier, but they get the job done. As usual the portions could be larger but hopefully they can fix that.

Expensive as most places are now. Food is fresh and tasty. The one negative comment about this place and other fast food places is they do not have a wait staff, but yet they offer the option to tip I guess the counter workers. Are they not paid by their employer for providing these services?

It’s sad I used to come here everyday for lunch. I’ve even defended multiple employees from unruly customers. The portions were great and food was good. The last couple of weeks has been new staff everywhere and wow do they not like to give proper portion sizes for their food. I pointed it out to the girl at the counter that the burrito was smaller than that at Taco Bell and she told me well go to Taco Bell then. So I’m not sure if the management is getting flogged for waste or what but wow has this place changed.
