Pulled up today 7-8-23 at 1014am. The location is closed. Hours on the door say they open at 10am. I stand outside and knock on the door. Bearded man says they are not open. I walk next door. I have a picture but google will not let me post it with my review.Update. I got in this morning. They open at 1030am. Guy pulls rolls from counter and not heat lamp fresh area.

A solid sandwich chain, but I wouldn't say that the offerings and quality and taste are any better than Panera bread...especially given the sandwiches are close to $10 alone, but great on a quick time crunch. I recommend the Chicken Fiesta sandwich and the chicken avocado flatbread.

Can definitely tell these aren’t fresh Cinnabons. I wish I didn’t buy it. Probably won’t eat it. Cashier pulled it from under the counter not even from the display so I’m sure it’s old.

Everytime I come to this location the Cinnabons are never fresh or they are completely sold out. Please get it together!!

I wasn't here for the Cinnabon but for a Sandwich. I love the Pizza and Calzones. Sandwich are really good too.If the Cinnabon is good like the lunch is then you might like them. From reading the other reviews, they might not be a true Cinnabon .Might be better off going to a mall where Cinnabon is more likely to be.

I am going to say they get a 4 Star rating due to their excellent customer experience! In two separate occasions. One dine in the other online / drive through. Food fresh and hot( not as good as when I was in college and they were always forgetting to bake the bread, but memories are had to beat). The store is always clean and well stocked with chips and cinnabons. If you are looking for something quick and tasty-give them a try!

Family loves Cinnabon. But the closest one is ten miles away. Wished one was closer to Plano / Frisco area.

We ordered catering trays of sandwiches and they came fresh and delicious... pickles are good. Would recommend!

It says it opens at 10. But I don't know what time it actually opens. I've been sitting here for 15 minutes and it's still closed. It is also a Schlotzsky's not a Cinnabon. So don't expect fresh cinnamon rolls.

NOT A CINNABON!!! Will not take any Cinnabon coupons, all the Cinnabon products look like they're delivered and sit out all day going stale. Cashier walked away as soon as we said we wanted takeout after he asked. Cashier and manager both did nothing as one of their customers loudly swore about someone in my party. We ended up walking out very unhappy.
