First time to this location. The 1 worker who greeted me when I walked in was great. I really enjoyed the personality and enthusiasm. The food is really good but Ashley, I believe her name to be, was GREAT!

never have any food. they always run out before noon yet they're supposed to be open till 10pm. how can you run a business and make a profit if you don't order enough product to last through even lunch time? raise the amount of product you order to make it without telling people you are out of stock of everything.

Worst experience ever.. they lied about delivery time and told me that they were out of Mac and cheese.. what barbecue place is ever out of mac and cheese? They asks for an expedited delivery charge of 23 dollar and I paid it just to have my food delivered 2 hours late.. this place is horrible and then when I asked? They said it was company policy to delay orders when I substitute something.. they substituted my order! Worst experience ever!

I ordered brisket chili. They gave me baked beans with a sprinkle of brisket on top. That's not brisket chili.
I have been to several dickey's locations and this is the worst I have had food from by far. The underpaid, understaffed workers here clearly do not care for the quality of their product or their delivery and are even willing to attempt to fool customers to make up for a lack of product.

I ordered my food online, i get to the restaurant and they never have the food but you don’t know this until you arrive. This is the second or third time this has happened. They are always out of the food. Getting a refund takes days, my last refund was almost 5 days when received. I am still waiting for a call from the manager or GM about my refund that I still have not received from my last order. The food is good when they have it but the service of this restaurant is not good. The manager would not give me the higher up number so I am now out of my 20 dollars and no food still. I do not recommend using the website to order food walk in and wait if you want to go or you will have the same issues. See photo below that shows the delay in refund but it took them 2 days to even acknowledge and give me my refund. After reading the reviews sounds like a trend with this restaurant. Update….. no one has reached out or acknowledged my concerns from the management team as of yet just an email stating they will finally refund me.

I placed an order online for pickup, and when I arrived, it wasn’t quite ready yet. At first, I wondered why—then I walked in and immediately understood. There were only two incredible people running the entire restaurant, and I have to give them the recognition they deserve.
Grace and Ashley, a wonderful mother-daughter duo, were working tirelessly to take care of everyone. They were juggling so much at once—filling orders, serving customers, and keeping everything moving—and yet they did it all with kindness, patience, and genuine care.
It’s rare these days to meet people with such good hearts. Despite being understaffed, they went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. Watching them work together was inspiring, and their dedication truly made my day.
Thank you, Grace and Ashley, for your hard work and for being such bright, beautiful souls. You both turned what could have been a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. Dickey’s is lucky to have you!

Truth Be Told
Great BBQ hands down. My favorite is the brisket but they have almost any dish that is BBQ related. Service depends on area but for the most part every Dickey's I have visited had great and friendly service. All the food is great and the atmosphere is good and roughnecky if that is a word if not it is now. I recommend all locations are great.
I would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered (2) baked potatoes online Togo and when my husband got to the restaurant he was told they have no potatoes, (when they had boxes of them stacked visibly in the kitchen) up but the only woman working didn’t want to make anymore for the day as she already had to make 20. Upon asking for a refund, we were denied it and told we would not be receiving a refund. He asked to speak with a manager and was also denied saying there wasn’t one there. The woman working was extremely rude and raised her voice multiple times, he then asked for her name and she refused to provide it and went to just stay in the kitchen area so she didn’t have to speak to him anymore. Extremely disappointed in the customer service received from the worker as well as having the inconvenience of ordering and paying online and driving to the restaurant under the impression our order was ready since it allowed us to place the order, and not even being able to receive a refund for an order we never received.
Got the Texas Brisket Sandwich and it was perfect, people are great, service is great, and the atmosphere is amazing
