I really enjoyed my quick stop in to eat at Dickeys. I was happy to find out the quality of the food was awesome but what will make me come back again is the customer service. Very friendly, very clean and I left full ? jalapeno sausage sandwich is delish!

This is my favorite Dickeys to come to! The staff and manager are so friendly and accommodating. The food is always top notch and the restaurant is always so clean. Love this place for me and the family!!
I was visiting from California and was told from family and friends that the food and service here was amazing. When I did show up I was not disappointed the food was very delicious and obviously made with love the customer service was also amazing better than most restaurants I’ve been too!

Food is rather overpriced for the portion received. It's okay if you are craving bbq and really don't have any other restaurant options nearby. The Staff was pleasant and patient. The restaurant was clean inside and outside.
Arrived at Dickey’s in Addison, TX yesterday and was informed that because their WiFi was not working he woul be unable to take my order but the male employee failed to tell me that I could order online. I would that this would be important to increase their sales for the day. Apparently this male employee had an attitude that he could care less

Hadn't been in a Dickey's in years. Apparently it's not what it used to be as these are probably franchised to death now so quality across locations can't be controlled. We went at 11:30am for an early lunch. You would think the food would be fresh but it was not. My friends brisket was dry as was my chicken and not very warm either, the sausage was gross. Maybe they microwaved the day before product, that's what it tasted like. Won't go into detail about the rest of the food but you get where I'm coming from. Picked up a packaged brownie as well and it just tasted off. Don't think I'll be going back (at least to this location) as there are a lot of other options out there.

No more free ice cream! >:( food was warm at best, worker was nice and friendly, she let us know their soda machine wasn’t working before purchasing a yellow cup. they have a sitcom playing on the TV, i would prefer music but that is a personal preference. again sad there was no more cool and creamy free ice cream.

The two employees on shift this Sunday afternoon were great! Especially the young lady, she was so nice and was really kind! We had to send our potato back because it was a bit cold when we got it, and the meat was a bit chewy as if it was old. The fried okra was delicious and macaroni was good. I’d come back if only because the employees were so friendly!
