I usually LOVE Dutch Bros because the staff are always so friendly and upbeat, but unfortunately, my experience today was completely the opposite. I stopped by today (1/18/2025) around this time, and the girl working as the cashier was incredibly rude. Her attitude was dismissive, she didn’t greet me or smile, and it honestly felt like I was inconveniencing her by even being there.
This was so disappointing because one of the reasons I keep coming back to Dutch Bros is because of how warm and welcoming the employees usually are. I hope this was just an off day for her, but it really impacted my experience. I hope management can address this, as it’s not the standard I’ve come to expect from Dutch Bros.

I workedan all night shift and desperately needed a pick me up. The staff made me laugh hysterically when helping me choose my order. So friendly, so amazing, and the drink was PERFECT!!!!

maaannnn i just came from there and my drink didnt taste good this is the third time this has happened to me not consecutive but its about three different occasions that my drinks aint taste right that wasnt no hazelnut truffle MOCHA latte.

emilee is the best broista i have ever had the pleasure of getting coffee from. not only did she make a sip so perfect it felt like i was floating out to heaven, she also had such a delightful conversation with me. 10/10 will come back for another taste of heaven
