Einstein Bros. Bagels

I absolutely love coming here , the place is always clean, food is always delicious and the General Manager is very friendly and welcoming to all the guest . He welcomes me back every time !

The food was fine, but I waited for 45mins for 1 bagel and 1 egg sandwich... weird

First time inside one of these places and not just eating bagels omg !!! The all-nighter and the hash brown biscuits are to die for!!

Love having breakfast here- or take out in the weekends… However, service is not welcoming… today on my pick up order they forgot 2 items- when I went back, the lady at the window was bothered… she did not even speak to us… May have to find another place for bagels… Update: Our iced coffee was HOT- we had to add ice at home… they were given to us in a carrier…. my bagel had plain shmear instead of veggie … so disappointed for spending $50+ …

It was a busy Saturday in the drive thru however the food was fresh and amazing

I was disappointed bc my egg white sandwich had barely any tomato spread 😭😭😭😭 it tasted fine but not was i expected. not like the picture at all

Sat at the drive thru 30 minutes the cars weren't moving so i left. No way a bagel drive thru takes 30 min to serve a single car. Not to mention i was the 6th car in a line that never moved. Horrible servoce

Both times I received wrong food. I was charged them asked by same cashier to pay a 2nd time. This place is not managed well.

I ordered online so I would not have to be waiting, arrived to the restaurant, waited another 20min so my food can be ready, once I get home i realice that I was missing chips, again, every time I order to this location they either take too long or they forget to give me an item, not coming back

First time here, Ordered the nova bagel, asked for no capers and no tomatoes only, they took it upon themselves to not add the onion too, I can’t even chew the bagel it’s toasted on one small spot and the rest is so chewy I’m snatching it out of mouth just to get a bite. I will never come back again. Don’t recommend anyone else come back either.

Made me pay for my bagels before deciding to tell me that they were out of the bagels I wanted. Ended up getting different bagels and they didn’t even bother to cut them…

Been goin to this location for years, If they ever mess up, call , and they are very easy about fixing ur order or replacing it. Thanks for the great customer service

I would give it 0 stars if it would let me. One bagel, not even toasted, a 20 minute wait. World record for being slow.

I love Einsteins, they are always quick especially when I order ahead, I've used this location several times, and I have only good things to say. My favorite sandwhich is the chorizo sunrise.
