i came today to F&F around 3:30pm and for the first time my order came out kinda wonky. i got the same thing i always get ( steak and chicken with veiggies and eggs… but my eggs came fried hard (i asked for 2) and i unfortunately did not check my order before i left. i tried to call several times with no answer. the lady that took my order made me feel kinda of rushed even though the store was less than semi busy. i was the only person in line when i ordered and she took my order like a fast food worker. cutting me off and asking anything else? frequently. the money is never an issue but if i spend $20 + on an order i would like it to be the way i want it or how it normally is and it was neither. i’ll try the greenville location next time since i can’t resolve this without going back up there. i work in customer service specifically the service industry and i know how i should be treated just like any other customer. with care and politeness.

By far the best Hibachi for a good price, super fast and cooked to order. Very friendly service, restaurant is super clean. And they aren’t stingy on the portions. 😏👏😍

The Gyoza were hard. They tasted like they have been sitting for a while. The furious combo tasted good! I paid an extra 6.71 for extra steak and this is what it was. Would not recommend gyoza and I would not recommend paying for extra steak because it’s not worth it. The edamame was perfect.

I recently purchased steak and shrimp with noodles and the veggies. When I got my order from door dash. I only had 2 shrimps and I've ordered a few times to know this order wasn't prepared the same as before.

It’s not cheap, but man is it worth it. Quality ingredients with a great presentation of options and portions. Tender steak and chicken as an unusual delight compared to most bowls I’ve had at similar restaurants. Best rice fried rice I’ve had in a long while.

The food here gave me food poisoning. I had to miss days of work after eating here. It makes sense after realizing their sauce that contains dairy was all sitting out in containers in a bucket by the registers instead of being refrigerated. Hope no one else goes thru what i did. My poor daughter also ate here n she’s 3 was crying in pain how she couldn’t poop so i had to give her miralax & help dig it out bc it was stuck. Never coming here ever again.

Man i really thought this place was going to be good. Ok at best and i kinda feel like im being generous calling the food here ok. Below average might be a better description. The rice and noodles lacking flavor and taste. Both were very lackluster. The steak was just ok and the shrimp was ok as well. I ordered half steak half shrimp but they gave me very little shrimp, more like half steak and 1 shrimp. I think ill take my business elsewhere.
