Very underwhelmed with the food here. I normally like F & F but I wasted my money coming to this location. The staff here somehow discovered a temperature beyond Well Done for their steak; my husband said they cooked it to “Congratulations”.

I ordered food through Uber Eats for myself and my team leads, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The rice was completely inedible — everyone on my team said the same thing. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times to get the issue resolved, but there was no voicemail set up, no way to leave a message, and no one ever answered.
For a place that relies on delivery orders, having food go out in that condition and then offering zero way for customers to reach someone is unacceptable. Definitely expected better and won’t be ordering again until they fix their quality and communication.

So the food is great. But the last few times ive come up here the employee has her 4 year old son... which is fine except she has him behind the counter and playing with the utensils on the grill and playing with the flat top over where they make food. I recently got sick and it might be because they have children playing where the food is made.
Probably not going to go back since they dont follow basic health codes.

I use to go here for lunch all the time and have always had great service and food. Today I was let down twice. I was busy at work and had to place a grub hub order. First delivery was not made. They sent me a second order and it was wrong. I just order the chicken hibachi with brown rice and extra sauce. My second order was delivered but, had no vegetables and no extra sauce. I waited almost two hours for my lunch and it was wrong. Just not my day I guess.
We order from uber here a lot. I love the place but they forget the Bibimbap sauce every time. The other locations deliver it. Not sure why this one doesn’t.

I used to come quite often but their portion sizes have declined. I ordered a shrimp/chicken platter, it came with the chicken, only 4 shrimp and mostly cabbage. The bottom of the container had a thick layer of rice and a very thin layer of the chicken, the 4 shrimp, and veggies. It’s very deceiving.
