I just had the literally worst experience ever at this location and I frequent often. I just literally rushed across town to make it before they closed. I arrive 20 mins before closing and literally as I’m walking to the door the associate is walking to the door to lock the doors. I show her my phone to show the time and she can’t even open the door to speak to me but just runs her hand across her neck as if it’s a closing motion. I point to the door as the sign says they close at 9 . She proceeds to the lock the second door as a second customer is walking up. As we both stand outside another associate walks up and finally opens up the door to say they ran out of food.. RAN OUT OF FOOD? Are you kidding me … so magically in the morning you’re going to have enough food to resume business ? Again.. if you just wanted to go home say that but you literally just inconvenienced me for your own selfish reasons when I CLEARLY made it before you all closed. I will be escalating this matter as I captured the entire ordeal on camera.

Fast furious is delicious and fast! The servings are also bigger than expected (added bonus). The workers are also very nice! The restaurant was clean and welcoming! I got the spicy bomb and it was great and spicy!

Pretty decent pricey meal. Shrimp is really good, chicken just ok. Be sure to check the bag if you order pick up, twice they have left out food from my order then wanted me to pay extra to come back to get my food remade the way I ordered initially, which after $18 for 1 bowl was just insane. The remade food was just ok and they seemed frustrated when I asked for extra sauce and only gave me 1. They also requested that I bring my food back and threw it away, however, my gas and time spent returning to get the missed item, was wasted and they did not seem to care about that or compensating me for the error. . I spent over $42 for 3 menu items, including tip. They were less than accommodating and I was not very happy with that visit. Both times where there were issues with order have been during lunch online order/pick up, I haven't had any issues dining in, in the evening.

Always come here for food . The man had a super bad terrible attitude towards me when I am constantly spending my money here . I asked for extra meat didn’t get the extra meat and they had attitudes saying they don’t do what I ask when they always do! Lewisville location is wayyy better . The food usually be good but I guess today since they had attitudes they couldn’t cook to their full ability! WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE ! 3/10 do not recommend this location !

Came here for lunch on a weekday. This is the second location I have visited. Service was prompt and we were greeted entering the establishment. The food was hot, fresh, and flavorful when it arrived. Quality was consistent with both locations. Overall a great place to visit!
