Don't get a Bowl-rito. It's just a ton of rice in a tortilla, which isn't want it looks like on the picture in the menu. It's more on me for thinking that it would be the ingredients instead of the whole bowl in a tortilla, so this is just more of a heads up

Only one lady working the front and bar. I ordered a margarita and I got a glass with water and ice and a splash of margarita mix. Lol I honestly felt bad for her, she isn't a bartender so I couldn't even be mad. Genghis needs to train people in all areas of the store, if the store is too cheap to have more than 1 person working.

My first time experience here TERRIBLE I came in to order to go and was never greated so finally I walk up to a worker to ask where to go to place a take out order she said wait 5 min I said okay where do I go to wait she said talk to the other girl so I ask the other girl she said well what you wanna order , mind you this is my first time so no menu nothing I just said something normal an simple she said okay walked off I’m just left standing in the middle of the floor by the grill a group of elderly white women walk in she runs to great them gives them menus before they can even all sit down at the table so at that point I just decided to leave definitely don’t recommend as a black woman coming to this location you will be looked over as if your money doesn’t matter

Upon walking in the greeter was wonderful. The guy working behind the counter was also kind. The black woman actually cooking the food had a nasty look on her face the whole time, not welcoming at all. I asked her could she cook my broccoli a little longer she walked away. I had to ask her again she shook her head yes, without a response . I started to walk out because I big on a person who energy is bad I don't want them cooking my food but decided to stay because I drove from Richardson to Addison being that is the closest one. The wok station was dirty, the vegetables needed to be changed , the drink machine was filthy . I will have to drive further the next time because I won't be going back to this location and I don't recommend it.

I'm always a big fan when we come, food is amazing & the service always come with smiles & friendly staff. I gave it 4 stars on the food because it was a bit too crispy, but that is very out of the norm for this location so I'm sure it was an accident.
