The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the liquor license was expired. We couldn't get cocktails. The food was AMAZING and the waitress we had was so sweet, and extremely accommodating.
I went to Genghis Grill in Addison today 10/26/25, and the experience was terrible. The young lady at the front who greeted me was very nice. she had great customer service.
But the cook’s attitude was nasty. She was rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there. When she finished making my food, she threw the bowl on the counter for the young lady to hand to me. The young lady at the front apologized for her behavior, which I appreciated.
On top of that, the rice was stiff, and old. I wasted $17 and completely lost my appetite. I will never return to this location again. the cook’s attitude is trash, and she doesn’t belong in customer service.
