This review is about the quality of the food and the state of the restaurant. Ordered the drunken noodle this evening. Kind of disappointed about my bowl. The noodles was hard and undercooked. Chicken was rubbery. I waited over 20 minutes for my takeout bowl and I’m surprised at the poor quality. The restaurant was tidy but not clean. The restaurant was not too busy as well. The service was great. The server was working the bar, take out orders and it seem like she was trying to clean the lobby at the same time. I think they were understaffed. Unfortunately I won’t be back to this location.

I came here with my mom and we’ve never been and the staff was so unhelpful. Didn’t explain that we do it ourselves, so we stood there awhile, we waited around for people to tell us to leave it on the counter and the staff was sweeping the whole time and didn’t seem too interested in service. It isn’t that hard to take two seconds to explain how your restaurant works so they have a smooth experience.

The 5-Star rating is driven by the food. Service is lovely and nothing wrong with atmosphere but the FOOD..I’d give more stars if I could. I loaded up on chick and beef and both were tender, flavorful, as close to perfect as I’ve ever found. I came here yesterday for the first time and I’m back again today because it was that good.
