Could yall please stop putting just any combination of cookies in the bags? If I place an order for a specific kind of cookie(s), I’d like to get exactly what I ordered. If you don’t have it, just say that! And DO NOT put any random cookies in the bag and then make me pay for something I don’t want. It’d be different if I were in the store because I’d just ask for the order to be corrected but this was a delivery and was the second time y’all have done that.

SOOO happy with my cookie cake!! I felt bad doing a walk-in order since I know they usually request custom orders to be put about 2 hours in advance (wasn't able to this time) and there was only one worker dealing with everything, but Gabriella was super nice and awesome to work with. I was happy just getting any regular cat or doodle, especially with the pressure of dealing with other customers on mind, but Gabriella still did SUCH an amazing job in no time - I was so surprised at her artistic talent with the kitty!! Everyone at the cafe was stunned and in love with the cookie, they didn't wanna eat it! (It was very yummy ?)Genuinely couldn't have asked for a better decorator, please give more of my heartfelt thanks to her!! ?❤️

Expensive for a cookie cake ($100 for a double doozie and basic decoration) but even the individual doozie was $5. Both were good but maybe I’m just old and cheap because $15 for 4 single basic cookies seemed too high also, even for a treat with the kids, considering the lack luster service. Going back to baking at home.

My husband got a cookie for me for my birthday last week. The cookie was 45!!! For a cookie cake? Y’all tripped. They charged for decorating. For decorating a cookie cake? No thanks. I told him he could of saved that 45 and got an actual cake. I told him dont do that again.Then pls pay attention to owners responses. They arent helpful. They arent offering most customer a solution. Just come back and they will try and do better. Child pls

Usually love GAC over all other chains but the cookies were a little too soft and doughy from this location.Cookies seemed undercooked. The cookies were falling apart as soon as you pick them up because they were too soft.

I think it's gross saw worker prepare the cookie dough with their bare hands and then checks me out with my cash. Their menu says they sell icees but they don't.

So Today (March 20 2023 ) I got there to pick my order , I found an unsmiling and fanatical girl at the counter , she doesn't even know how to talk to the customers !!!I used to go there , but I'll never go there again , because I don't like to meet such people ....

We went to GAC in hopes of getting a small cookie cake for just my husband and I to do a gender reveal together with. Maria was the rockstar of the evening - she understood our requests perfectly and delivered an A+ product in less than 15 minutes. Her enthusiasm and professionalism will have us returning for any future special event sweets.
They are wanting to charge for a container to hold the desserts purchased. Open sign not illuminated.

Bought a cookie cake for my daughter's birthday. We had a schedule change and I had to move up my pickup date by a day. Called the store 24 hours before I was hoping to pickup and it was no problem. Staff was super friendly. I'm glad they could get the cake to me early. It was also well decorated and delicious. Cookies and cakes are all a bit pricey right now with the economy as it is, I'm glad I got my cookie cake from them.

My friend purchased a cookie cake for an anniversary at this location my son ended up choking from it because they had wax paper/ parchment paper in the whole cookie cake!!! She contacted the owner to ask for refund something to make this right and the owner laughed at her and said she was lying even though she sent proof. She also said it’s ok to eat parchment paper to her that it’s not a big deal even though my kid choked from it and I’ve never heard of anyone knowingly eating parchment paper? I own multiple businesses myself and have NEVER treated a customer in such a way. Wow just wow I was appalled when she told me what happened when she contacted them. I can’t believe the greed of some people. The owner rather keep $40 and laugh at a 5 year old choking than to make things right. She fought my friend screamed at her called her a liar with proof saying it always happens and you can eat wax paper safely?????? WHO EATS WAX PAPER PLEASE LET US KNOW BELOW IF YOU DO BECAUSE IVE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING. The lady was of Asian decent she wouldn’t disclose her name. Just in case anyone comes into contact with her please respectfully do not engage and be careful of her temper and try your best to stay away from this location. It’s not safe I wonder how many people have consumed wax paper at this point.

Ordered my sons cake 1 week prior the day I needed it, I came to store to pick it up and it wasn’t ready ! I chose 12:00pm got there at 12:10pm came to find out I have to wait an additional 15 minutes. People have a fixed scheduled we don’t have the time to wait on you all just because you all can’t have an order ready by the time we need it !
