I like the idea of this place more than the execution.

High quality big sandwiches that leave you feeling full and satisfied? Eh..

You’ve pretty much gotta get double meat, because non-double meat is.. skimpy. The bread options suck compared to.. let’s use Jersey Mike’s. Parmesan crusted bread? Don’t expect to find that here. White or Wheat.

The meat feels and tastes a little.. low quality. I’ve been here four or five times, most recently getting roast beef, and I feel like I can get better quality RB at Winco.

The service is good.. the staff is always friendly.

Paying $12-$15 for a sandwich is fine, as long as the sandwich is ?. I don’t think this meets that bar.

Y’all I know it ain’t right to brag, but I’m eating the best sandwich in the whole world. I have loved this establishment my entire life and I don’t understand why not everybody else is there and much as it pains me to share the best kept secret… Great Outdoors has the best veggie sandwich in the world, I get my number 19 on wheat with avocado and sprouts, pickles with the works, mayo and spicy mustard. I have to have this sandwich at least twice a month. I think they have some sandwich magic, born right here and I want to see more peeps filling up this place!

We walked in within 5 min of closing and the three women working quickly made our food so that we could get in and out without delay. Service was great and sandwiches were delicious.

Just ate there for 1st time. I had a chicken poblano soup and #20 and husband had a #hot 12. The food was superb. Fresh, hot and delicious. Now, the service was off the chart wonderful. The ladies were so kind, attentive and practically ordered for me. Lovely. WILL BE BACK AGAIN.

Nice place to grab a sandwich, the chicken noodle soup needs a little work as it is bland with little added chicken, noodles, and veggies.

At this Dallas location the staff was nice but seemed stressed even though it was not that busy. The food seemed thrown together without much care and the ingredients that were included weren’t balanced for the $10 salad I bought. The soup was not heated thoroughly and overall I was disappointed as I’ve had a much better experience at other locations.

This place is better than potbelly and subway COMBINED! You will never find a better meatball sub or fresh cut sub anywhere else. The bread fluffy and the sauces are amazing, and with a beautiful friendly smile to boot, give this place the love that it wants to give
