At this Dallas location the staff was nice but seemed stressed even though it was not that busy. The food seemed thrown together without much care and the ingredients that were included weren’t balanced for the $10 salad I bought. The soup was not heated thoroughly and overall I was disappointed as I’ve had a much better experience at other locations.

It ends up being a complete mess with all of my fixings everywhere but in my sandwich.I love the great outdoors but I do find myself disappointed at my sandwich way too often. I hope they get a proper sandwich assembler soon! Sandwich making is an art that not everyone knows but should be taught. I still love the place. Also.The sandwiches should be wrapped whole and then cut in half at a diagonal.
