Higuma Ramen & Izakaya

Came for some sushi and a couple beers. Love the atmosphere, I’ll be back to try the ramen.

The ramen is good! But we prefer ramen in other places. Customer service was great and how welcoming the store design was. The cost of ramen was appropriate but we could go for cheaper ramen with better taste. The bathroom floor could be cleaner.

I paid $20 for overpriced cold ramen that was taken from a refrigerator. It was awful. The chicken was going bad. I know it was close to closing time, but cold ramen is just unacceptable. I ended up throwing half of it away. Waste of money and I'll not be returning. Shame on this place.

Although they do offer gluten free noodles, none of the meat is gluten free. It's all marinated in soy sauce as well as the eggs. The miso broth is the only gf broth.

Spicy garlic ramen is good has a good broth taste it wasn't spicy at all it just had a little kick. I had it with no meat and it was fine

This is the best flavorful ramen I've ever had in my life. If you like garlic and spicy, I recommend the spicy garlic ramen at level 3 of spice it was just perfect. Also, the gyozas had a nice crisp at the bottom, and they were full of flavor in the filling. Worth the drive!

I tried the Spicy Garlic Beef Ramen as my main course and crispy squid, which they called ‘Ika’ on the menu, as an appetizer. The ramen was good, but the appetizer was quite ordinary, similar to squid at a Chinese buffet. One downside was that they charged 50 cents for each additional spice level, which I found strange. The decor looked fancy, and the service was reasonable.

My friend and I came to this place after a last minute decision. The vibes were impeccable, the waitresses were super sweet, and finally the food. The food was amazing, the food was the best thing I've ever put in my mouth🤤. We've been to multiple ramen shops around dfw but this one, this one just surpassed all of them. I totally recommend coming you won't regret it.
