The food was meh, the drinks were meh. The manager seems like an old dude that smokes in the break room. (He walked into a room near by instant cigarette smell and then walked out.) then were urgently rushed out.
Went there tonight, definitely the worst hooters service in the area. All of the restaurants around hooters we’re packed full and hooters was empty, and I didn’t question it until the waitress gave us our drinks and didn’t check on us for 40minutes, when our drinks have been empty, had to ask a different amazing waitress for refills and then we get our food and it’s cold and wrong. The manager later comes by and offers to fix the issue but doesn’t actually acknowledge the mistake and the the waitress that was giving the terrible service. Was given a military discount as a form of discount for the terrible service. I definitely will not be coming back to this hooters, and would definitely not recommend this restaurant if you want fast service, we waited over an hour and 20 minutes for cold food, and the restaurant was not busy.

Worst hooters ever honestly

Ask for the server named Mitchelle and you won't be dissapointed. Last Saturday, I found myself in Addison and decided to stop in for lunch and to catch a few games. The bar was a bit full, so I was seated in the section of a new server, Mitchelle, who was working her very first day after training. From the moment she introduced herself, Mitchelle was an absolute delight!
NOTE - I keep marking Service and Atmosphere with 5-stars, yet when saved those stars disappear. I'll keep trying when I can and hopefully Google can get this right.
She handled my order and refills with such professionalism and grace, you’d never guess it was her first day. Her warm smile and friendly demeanor made the experience even better, and she carried herself as though she had years of experience. Mitchelle checked in on me frequently, always making sure I had everything I needed, and she impressively knew the menu like the back of her hand.
Her attentiveness, kindness, and positive energy truly stood out. She has a natural charm that made my visit memorable. I’m already looking forward to coming back soon, and I’ll be requesting to sit in Mitchelle’s section again without a doubt! Kudos to the management for bringing such a wonderful person onto your team. Mitchelle is a gem, and I know she’ll make many guests as happy as she made me. Plus - the food and atmosphere were great, nice large windows, wings that were out of this world, I'll be back!

The food and service were excellent! We experienced a minor issue with the timing of our appetizer, as it was brought out after our entrées had already been served. Our waitress, Miranda Nick, kindly checked to confirm if we still wanted to cancel the order since it was ready, but we ultimately decided to proceed with the cancellation. Despite this, the manager, tall man with dreadlocks was extremely gracious and generously comped the appetizer, which we truly appreciated. Overall, the staff’s attentiveness and professionalism made for a great dining experience.
