I’ve been coming here since the very beginning and the management and service has gone way downhill. They seem unknowledgeable about their own menu. They also recently updated prices (as expensive or more than Starbucks now) and the prices on the new menu don’t reflect accurate price (was even higher than it showed). This was an overall great experience. I had gotten myself an iced macchiato and there chocolate chip shake on different occasions. Both have been very sweet and delicious

Constantly closing early. Closed 30 minutes earlier than posted time today. In general closing before anyone can really take advantage of the drinks and food in the evening. Especially in the summer. Not much open in the circle for late night grab and go drinks. Huge opportunity missed in summer. Frozen lemonade is good when you are early enough to get it. Shame most people get off work around 5-5:30
