We showed up last evening right at 5:00 when they were supposed to open. The doors were locked. We looked inside and saw two guys coming our way. We thought they were going to open up but instead just taped up a sign that said "Closed for the rest of the day." No explanation or anything. WTF

Double charged for my kids desserts, now the manager has a horrible attitude and does not want to give me a refund for the servers mistake.

The food here never disappoints. I typically order the Jaxx filet with Jaxx potatoes, which comes with a delicious pepper sauce. The steak is always a generous portion and prepared perfectly. We like martinis, and they always well prepared and a generous amount in large martini glasses. To sum it up.. great food & drinks, well prepared, large portions, great service in a lovely setting.
Food was great. Atmosphere was comfortable and the place itself had a 'classic' feel. Service was amazing. Susan (our server) was so sweet and attentive. I don't recall a recent time where I had service that was so on point.

Came here a couple times recently and had a great time. Sat at the bar last night and the drink was great, but there was a loud bell ringing. In my experience, food is wonderful, drinks are fantastic, and staff is friendly..but, don't sit near the kitchen because of the ringing. Spoke to a server about it and he said he attempted to help, but the bells kept going making it seem like I was at an old time burger joint.

I think you have me confused with another party as there was no half off last Friday that we were offered and, if it was, it didn't go over well as the place was nearly empty at 8:00. We paid full price. No worries on that but we came in at 8:00 PM so I don't understand your comment about dining late.

My wife and I had dinner here for our anniversary. It was a great time the food was AMAZING and the waiter Susan was the best. I would refer this restaurant to anybody. Like this place really made our anniversary one to remember and I thank y'all for that so much. I will definitely be back soon.
