I really really really wanted to like this place. Ice cream was ok. I got the dairy free and at first I was like omg yes!!! But about halfway through it didn't finish great.

But the waffle cone.. omg... the worst I've ever had. I think maybe they accidentally used salt instead of sugar? It ruined it.
Threw it away halfway through.

They have excellent flavours and usually the best service but my experience was totally the opposite. There was two staff working, a man who was helping another customer but still acknowledged us and even gave a sample to try. The other staff kept looking at me while being busy with waffle or organising stuff in the back but still didn't offer to help. I was still ok thinking she was hired to do something else and can't serve customers but then she went a served the customer standing behind us and again left us without help. The gentleman served us and we sat to eat and noticed she was servicing other customers too! Clearly she had a preference to who she serves! So rude and u respectful..

9/10 staff was very polite and informative. Tired and a few samples, they have nice medal spoons and no wasteful plastic. Got the seasonal lavender cold brew l'affogato, and it was excellent. No complaints, highly recommend.

Deliciousssss ice cream. Just try it out. Every flavor is delicious. Before I tried the i e creams here, I had already tried a few flavors from whole foods freezer section.

Wow! The ice cream here is so good, unique flavors and tastes so fresh. The service was really quick, the ambiance is really nice too! There are several tables to sit down and chat at. They were super nice and let me sample the different flavors. They have dairy-free options! You can also buy pints of your favorite flavor to take home! I also loved that they have seasonal flavors- like white chocolate peppermint or gingerbread molasses! I will definitely be coming back!

What a cool find! After dinner, my friend was wanting ice cream so he said we should come to Jeni's and I left impressed. The ice cream was buttery smooth and the staff helped me decide by letting me sample at least 5 different flavors. I had never heard of this place but it's apparently a chain from Columbus, Ohio. Anyways I will bring the rest of the family to try our more flavors.

Delicious ice cream with many unique flavors to choose from. I tried the gooey butter cake and the sweet potato pecan, and both were scrumptious! The man working was quick to greet me and gave me a rundown of the sizes and most popular flavors. Each flavor was clearly labeled with common allergens (gluten free, nut free, etc) which I really appreciated. Great service and wonderful ice cream!

Truly amazing quality of ice creams with such balanced flavor profiles - just the right amount of sugar ! They are truly splendid. My favorite flavor is Bastani Sonnati …Many dairy free options available too !
