Went to drive thru... left side... waited 10 minutes... right steady getting orders taken so I decided to go to right side... explained I had been waiting on the other side and never got serviced. So she said hold on and then proceeded to say I told you all we were having difficulties technically... didn't tell me!!! She then took the order from the other side thru that wasn't working..!!! Worst McDonald's service ever!!!.. you suck

Stop for coffee on this cold Thursday, February 13, Went through the drive-through when she handed me the coffee. I could tell that it was not fresh coffee because you couldn't feel the cup warm or hot. I asked her if the coffee was fresh, and she told me no. That I could pull to style 1. She would make fresh coffee when I passed her. The coffee cup back. She snatched from my hand with attitude. I thought, why did she do that.I parked and went inside and asked for a refund. Because I just asked for fresh coffee. Why snatch it from my hand with an attitude? What did I do to deserve this type of serve the manager? Tried to offer me. An apple pie or something , I said sir. I just want my refund for the coffee. I'm not asking for anything. I'm not looking for anything. Just want my refund The Manger said again I can give you an apple pie instead . Sir Is there a problem with me? Just getting a refund for my coffee. I really don't want anything else.I order hot coffee can't get that so I just wanted my refund, please he proceeded to give me a refund and apologize.

Would not open the kids bathroom restroom to change my daughter’s diaper. Said they didn’t have the key to unlock it. Mind you I heard she didn’t want to open to so no one would go in bc of “certain people”. The other restroom did not have a changing table..

I thought 24hrs was just that! It’s 4am. And the manager “Edward” turned away 10 cars saying, “ we are closed for 15 mins!” I waited 30 just to see. Ended up at #Jackinthebox Fresh Hot Food!

Lady that has vest on to run food and help front counter has bad service and horrible attitude. No way to get your own napkins and condiments she got an attitude and made me wait behind orders just to hand me condiments they don’t have out. Slow service and poor attitude

Worst location ever! They charge you for extra ketchup and syrup and they only hire Mexicans who can't understand you so they get you order wrong. The manager is Maxie. She's rude and unprofessional. You can't understand anything she says.

I know the reviews here can be kinda bad but tbh this is my favorite mcdonald’s. I have kids so I really be at these establishments pretty frequently 🤧 This location has always been reliable for a nice, clean, cool play place. Like most McDonalds this one has switched to mostly kiosk orders. I typically prefer that because my kids have complicated burgers and specific sauce combinations. We’ve never once received an incorrect order here.
Food is always fresh (can’t say the same for many other locations) and when we dine inside, they always deliver to the table. At other locations, they’ve watched me struggle with both babies and bags to get my trays back to the table. These little courtesies will never go unappreciated.
The only downsides I would say are that since kiosk is the norm, it can take a while for someone to get a chance to take your order at the register or provide refills. Which brings me to the other drawback: the drink machines are in the back so guests are unable to get their own refills. Hopefully they add a drink fountain, but either way. A good location as far as McDonald’s go.
