Asked for hot fries. They dropped the old fries in the greaser to make them hot. Flimsy old fries. Go to the one off Preston and McCallum Blvd.! Those fries are on point!

Literally the worst one in the area. I asked for a spicy mac chicken extra Mayo add tomato. I got a regular mcChicken no Mayo no lettuce and no tomato. This is the third time they have gotten this wrong but it’s my fault for not checking. Mind you. The ticket say EXACTLY what I asked for. I get off work and I’m so drained I keep forgetting to check. All in all HOLD UP THE THE LIBE AND CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU PULL OFF BECAUSE THEM PEOPLE IN THE KITCHEN DO NOT CARE!

I’m not sure what the heck is going on, but I can be sure I won’t be coming back to any McDonalds unless I’m starving with no other options. The quality of food and service are just too much for the high price.
I ordered via the app at a 24hr McDonald and when I arrive in 30 degree weather I am told they are closed and that I have to come back in 15 mins. I ask can they just make my order since I already paid via mobile app and they repeated they are closed.
Like a fool, I wait for my food for 15 and another 5 when i get in line. I ask for a manager and the guy never comes back. There is literally no one else in line at 4:19 in the morning. It’s McDonald’s, I get it. But don’t treat me like a fine dining establishment with the quality and level of service

Drive thru takes too long. I waited behind a car that took 15 minutes to order
Went to o McDonald in Addison and CSR did not know how to operate the headset properly, I was trying to order my food in English and she most not have heard me, but I could of hear how she told a coworker in Spanish that “ esta esta dormida no se le entiende nada” translation “ this one is sleep, can’t understand anything” the tone of voice was condescending and rude, given that I myself do costumer service, n worked at McDonald’s previously the headset can be turned off n policy is that u dnt make any comments or personal opinion over the headset, n to leave it on for the costumer to hear because u believe i dnt understand the language is very disrespectful. Alice/Alicia morning manager of McDonald’s on August 27th around 6:06am, you are rude, learn to use the equipment and please stop making comments about ur clients, it leaves a bad taste.
Ps. Definitely won’t be ordering from that location again.
To the general managers & Owners, I know nothing will come of these but I hope that you see how negative all of the reviews are for this location and do something about your costumer service.

Went to drive thru... left side... waited 10 minutes... right steady getting orders taken so I decided to go to right side... explained I had been waiting on the other side and never got serviced. So she said hold on and then proceeded to say I told you all we were having difficulties technically... didn't tell me!!! She then took the order from the other side thru that wasn't working..!!! Worst McDonald's service ever!!!.. you suck

Stop for coffee on this cold Thursday, February 13, Went through the drive-through when she handed me the coffee. I could tell that it was not fresh coffee because you couldn't feel the cup warm or hot. I asked her if the coffee was fresh, and she told me no. That I could pull to style 1. She would make fresh coffee when I passed her. The coffee cup back. She snatched from my hand with attitude. I thought, why did she do that.I parked and went inside and asked for a refund. Because I just asked for fresh coffee. Why snatch it from my hand with an attitude? What did I do to deserve this type of serve the manager?
Tried to offer me. An apple pie or something , I said sir. I just want my refund for the coffee. I'm not asking for anything. I'm not looking for anything. Just want my refund The Manger said again I can give you an apple pie instead . Sir Is there a problem with me? Just getting a refund for my coffee. I really don't want anything else.I order hot coffee can't get that so I just wanted my refund, please he proceeded to give me a refund and apologize.

Would not open the kids bathroom restroom to change my daughter’s diaper. Said they didn’t have the key to unlock it. Mind you I heard she didn’t want to open to so no one would go in bc of “certain people”. The other restroom did not have a changing table..
