Love this place! The staff is always friendly and they have great music. The inside and patio is very cute as well.

I’ve been a few times but this last time I found my favorite order so far - the rainbow bowl! Super tasty and the halloumi is a MUST for an appetizer. I also got the mango limeade and it was phenomenal.

I’ll be back!

I've been an avid Nando's lover and this location in Addison does not disappoint! The chicken is ALWAYS juicy! My husband doesn't like chicken Breast because it is not as juicy and he loves there chicken Breast here! The garlic bread and mashed potatoes! We used to get macho peas in DC and they don't have them here sadly. They are the best! All of the employees are nice and attentive! The manager Aviyahna was SO SO nice. She took so much time to talk with us and check on us as well! Thank you to all thr staff for making delicious food and being so kind! We see it and appreciate it! Keep it up!

It says they close at 9:45pm we reached at 8:15 and they said we don’t have enough food, we just have 1 whole chicken I asked the reason so they said our 1 gas is closed,
we drove almost 1 hr and we were 15 peoples and you are running out of your food at 8:15 thats just waste of our time

Not only was the food just as delicious as when I first had Nando’s in Zimbabwe, but the service was outstanding.

A huge thank-you to Neisha, the manager, for going above and beyond today. I accidentally placed my order an hour later than I needed it, and Neisha immediately understood my dilemma. She quickly communicated with her team, updated my order in the system, and still managed to provide excellent service to all other guests.

I was rushing to catch a flight, and thanks to Neisha’s quick thinking and professionalism, I got to enjoy fresh, hot Nando’s—something I don’t get to have back home in Florida.

Shout out to the chef and team as well for pivoting fast to get my order grilled perfectly. Exceptional teamwork, stellar customer service, and amazing food all around!

Food is yummy and delicious! but they give less portions ! Quantity is very less for the price !! But food is tasty and customer service is good too ! I forgot my purse last night and they kept it safe for me ! I was so happy that I got it back

I got a to-go order. It was ready quickly. I was disappointed to find a couple of small bones in the pulled chicken. I also think the price to portion size was off. Mango-lime, really good flavor! I'd recommend chicken breast if you're getting a bowl.

Awful customer service, my chicken was pink, their chicken legs taste like walmart/costco rosterrie, there was flies flying around my food, health hazard and code violation

I want a refund for sure, I tried to give them a chance but hell no, this is uncool
