I love the pizza, possibly the closest to new york pizza you can get in Dallas.

Literally everything else can be fixed by an attentive owner.

The beer lines haven't been cleaned.

No one wants to stay and eat because the cleaning solution they use is too strong smelling and there is no ambient music playing.

It would only take a single visit a week from the owner to make this place great.

Do you not like money? Because this is how you go out of business.

Worst location I've been too. Maybe it was a bad day but I absolutely love the brand but this location the food was garbage. The pizza was burnt near the tip of the slice but raw near the outer crust. Probably par baked and then reheated when ordered as a slice. There was zero music on in the restaurant just staf members muttering away in another language. Pretty cool dart board area but it was being used as dry storage for paper goods and unusable. Dishes and glasses left out near the trash area for my entire visit.

I like some cheese on my pizza. The slice was big and flavor was good but it was mostly crust.

Upon my arrival, I noticed a young man folding pizza boxes with no one attending the front of the house. I, along with another customer, waited for approximately 3-5 minutes without being acknowledged or assisted. The young man did not approach us until I inquired, "Do you work here?" It was only then that he responded.

I politely asked him why he did not seek assistance for us, as it seemed like a matter of common sense. However, his response was quite rude, telling me, "What? Bye. Leave. Get out."

I believe this situation warrants disciplinary action, as it reflects poorly on the customer service at this location. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

Pizza slice was hard and burnt barely any cheese and large uncut sausage. Garlic knots were hard. Threw the whole meal away

Good pizza. Almost no cheese? The photos online show cheese. Let down on a Togo slice.

Nice experience. The pizza was tasty, standard pepperoni with good sauce ratio. The grilled chicken salad was good as well. The temperature on the pizza could have been hotter, however it was delivered and this was understandable. Will order again.

It’s extremely clean, but I can tell you that I realized after I got the pizza why they have frosted glass where they have the pizza sitting. It tasted like day-old pizza that was dehydrated and so they put a few pieces of mozzarella shredded cheese on top and put it back in the oven so the bottom part of it was crunchy and black like most brick oven pizzas but the top is so thin and all the cheese that wasn’t the New Cheese was old dried out in like superdry. Go somewhere else, unless you are ordering a whole fresh pizza. And even then I’m not sure if it would be fresh. Mind you I got pepperoni during lunchtime. Felt sick to my stomach little after eating and now I’m on the toilet for the 2 nd time in an hour thx guys
