Came here for breakfast. It looks like a repurposed conference room and not a restaurant by any means. The server was nice, but that’s where it ended. The food was completely tasteless, and had no depth or flavor to it. They talk about using all natural and local ingredients but it looked like shredded cheese and vegetables that were not fresh. I would never come back here. The hotel itself is just fine, so if you happen to be in the area, feel free to stay, but the food is entirely avoidable.

I came for the convenience, but I stayed for the vibes—and the Impossible Burger. Let’s be real, hotel restaurants usually feel like a reluctant obligation. But Noell JCT? This place understood the assignment. The staff was so friendly and helpful they practically saved me from myself (thank you for stopping me from ordering the beet salad when I clearly wanted the burger).
The salads are so fresh and crunchy they sound like a car driving over gravel—just the way a salad should. And that Impossible Burger? I don’t know what kind of wizardry is happening in the kitchen, but I’d come back just for that.
The staff deserves an award for their perfect balance of efficiency and good vibes. I found myself looking forward to seeing them tomorrow, which is honestly more than I can say for some of my relatives.

Not only is this bar and restaurant extremely attractive, but the service and offerings are as well. And the liquor selection is top notch.I shared a few drinks with friends at the bar while watching the game. The waitstaff is remarkable. I was attending a conference and the fact more than person remembered persons who attended the year before...beyond impressed.

Very good hotel breakfast buffet. My wife attends Conferences all over the States and I usually tag along. This gives me the opportunity to sample the breakfast options in the hotels we stay and in the community. Noelle Jct was one of the better breakfast experiences that I have had. What made it especially good was the the entire wait staff whom I interacted with, warm ,attentive and professional.
