Very bad experience here in it was my first and last time eating here bbq was brunt they gave me the very ending of the brisket ribs was dry to touch really didn’t even have a good bbq smell at all I didn’t even eat any of it I spent my money here in did not get the quality I was hoping for in I been eating bbq for years maybe this was the reason I really never heard about this bbq spot in I’m speaking about the location on Greenville in Dallas I would not recommend this place I spent over 30 dollars for some bs bbq

My husband and I frequent OAK’D on a regular basis. I called to place an order to be picked up and spoke to Justin. He recognised my voice. I told him that I had just got out of the hospital and we were getting a togo order and I may not be seeing them this week!
He sent a handwritten note; get better soon And a chocolate chip cookie with our order!
They have over the top customer service. I highly recommend and their food is really good as well.

Addison and Alex were THE shit. First time eating out in Texas since moving from Chicago. They were patient and very informative while I asked about the different meats and prices. Thanks for all your help! The wings were awesome! Wagyu brisket is definitely worth the upcharge.
