Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Went here Saturday, January 10 at 7:30 p.m. I LOVE the salad here, with a great dressing - my wife and I both chose the salad option instead of soup, so this was combined in a big bowl which was fun. I also love the bread sticks.

The mocktails are tasty and refillable - I started with one, then got the other.

The Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo over fettuccine had delicious beef slices. The Shrimp Carbonarra was great, too.

Great atmosphere, many cozy rooms, friendly people. The entrance is in the southeast corner, not in the front.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your restaurant. I have always had good experiences here before, which is why what happened this time really surprised me.
My family and I were treated very poorly by two employees, Abdiel and Ishaal. At one point, Abdiel called my brother a “dumbass” simply because he did not know where the restroom was. This was his first time in the building, so of course he was unfamiliar with the layout. That comment was completely disrespectful and unnecessary.
When we brought this issue to the manager’s attention, he brushed it off as if it were nothing. He even referred to the place as a “maze” with a smirk, which made us feel belittled, as if we were stupid for not knowing our way around. This made the situation even worse instead of helping.
Because of this, we did not feel welcome at all during our visit. The only kind person we encountered was the lady who cleans the tables—she was respectful and friendly, and I truly appreciate her kindness.
I have never had a bad experience at your restaurant before today, which is why this was so disappointing. I hope you take this seriously and address the behavior of your staff, as no customer should be treated this way.

Overall, our experience was disappointing and service definitely needs improvement. Our server kept rushing us and gave us our ticket while we were still in the middle of eating our entrees. The place was not packed at all and not during busy/rush hours, so there was no excuse. I asked for hot water as I've done in the past on other OG locations without being charged extra. This location charged my table hot tea $3.49 without the tea bag just for a cup of hot water. Because she was rushing us, she proceeded to pick-up same cup of hot water without asking if she could, even tho, cup was still full. We requested a little extra marinara sauce together with our appetizer Lasagna Fritta and our server did not inform or mention that there is a charge of $4.79 for a small portion of marinara sauce. Our ticket was also charged an extra soda that we didn't order. Too many errors.

I dined there today Sunday December 7th with a lovely server named Terrani who did an overall amazing job! I can say it seem as if she was the only one working, though some of her coworkers helped I feel like a manager should have stepped in to help her or address the rotations coming from someone in the service industry.
