Huge restaurant and they shove me and my granddaughter in the corner in the bar
Talking about last table available as we pass 50 open tables...
No thank you well go somewhere comfortable and spend my hard earned money at 2 pm empty makes no sense

Food was good did a deliver to the hotel on the corner from Olive Garden, like I said food was great but when it came to the delivery driver
1. She spoke not a bit of English talking to me as of I understood and looking crazy when I didn't,
2. She handed me my food with spilled soda sticky all over the bag of food and the drink itself she didn't bother to apologize or help clean it off she just handed to me and walked off after trying to verify me in another language I didn't speak,
3. The driver is responsible for the delivery that means they verify the order, pick up the order ans delivery the order the delivery driver is not responsible for putting in eating utensils in the bag of food that is already tied up and marked for pick up that would be the restaurant responsibility that why their service gets 3 stars i had no eating utensils,
Overall besides the horrible delivery driver everything else was good

I usually absolutely love this location. The staff here is super friendly and always making my day enjoyable but today was not the case. The manager Amanda completely ruined my experience today with her attitude. It was as if I was annoying her by being there.

Food always good. They need to have staff 1 waitress for each table of 8. We waited too long for drinks, entrees and bills.

I placed and order and it was supposed to be ready at a certain time, I pulled in and waited about 10 mins past the time. I went inside and was informed that they gave the food to the wrong person (which definitely understand and it happens)! But instead of apologizing, they said they gave it to the wrong person and would remake it. The bad part about this experience is that one of the workers didn’t know what to do and the manager was standing right there, with a bad tone, and not even assisting her or making the situation better. I felt bad for the workers. The manager on July 31st at 7 pm definitely needs some customer service training.

Came in the other day to pick up an order. Super nice girl at the front helped me out, but did notice something that left me unsettled. A tall big dude came behind her and started saying flirtatious stuff to her and I could tell she was uncomfortable. She also from the looks of it looked like a minor. Please check your employees history.

i was in the mid of a yt video when i got an add for olive garden. yall suck

I will NEVER be going back to olive garden again. I have been a loyal customer for years and ive had the worst experience ive ever had in a restaurant. The waiter got my drink wrong, served me the wrong food, and refused to get my salad. yes, REFUSED. He said the kitchen had no food, while others were getting salad before and after I asked him. He did NOT come by our table ONCE to ask us if we needed anything. I figured there must be a problem with the waiter and was patient, but he had no problem serving the patrons next to us. Very disappointed in olive garden, will never be returning.

Went in for a birthday dinner, the staff went above and beyond to make the birthday special, they came to the table with a candle lit and sang Happy Birthday. It was very special! Thank you so much! Food was great as always, calm relaxing environment

Excellent service and delicious food

Just not this restaurant the location around here has hundreds of places to eat. About this restaurant if you are into pasta, penne, etc this is the best place for it. The atmosphere is so relaxing and cozy never had to wait too long get a table. Always freshly prepared food totally yummy and soothing. This restaurant location is unique and the food just beyond comparison to any other.

My colleague flew down for my birthday and took me out to dinner for my birthday. He is so sweet and of course it was 8 of us that came through lol. The limousine driver was very nice and patient with us… we know how to turn up and have a great time. My food was delicious and of course the drinks were on point!!
