This particular Outback is a hidden gem. When most restaurants in Addison have waiting lines on a Saturday night, this place is my Go To. While it's busy as well, they always have a table available and the food is always perfectly prepared. Ask for one of Kyle's tables. He will graciously grant all of your dining preferences while making you feel like family.

Disappointed in the To Go order just received via Door Dash. The Seared Ahi Tuna entree was missing the baked potato side (the toppings were there but sadly no potato). The steak ordered medium rare on the Kingsland pasta was extra well done and inedible; the pasta itself which is usually good tasted like there was no seasoning/flavor to it.

Food was, ehh... The prime rib was refrigerated after being cooked and served cold in the center. The service was average at best. Why in the world yall don't you have soup spoons baffles me to the core. The middle-aged guy with glasses. (Maybe the kitchen manager has ZERO people skills, but empathy can't be taught to those who could care less.. the skinnier guy, not the bigger guy). I love the flavor of your prime rib, I always have. However, it seems like the quality of the meat has gone down, and the prices are up.
