The baristas were rude and annoyed that they had to get up and help customers. After ordering they let us know that they were out of lids so we have goofy dome lids on our drinks. Made my son's drink with sour milk, when we brought it back and told them they acted annoyed and said that it was correct and milk is not expired. Couldn't even entertain the idea that milk can spoil for a variety of reasons and can spoil before expiration date. Save yourself the hassle and dont go here.

Ridiculously overpriced Starbucks. Only one barista can not handle the morning rush. They don’t have reach Starbucks sandwiches, these are some how smaller and more expensive. This tiny microwaved sandwich is not worth $8

OMG I know there is an uncharge for shops inside hotels, but their prices are outrageous. Just go across the street to the regular Starbucks.

Elegant small cafe inside Renaissances hotel, serving Starbucks drinks (regular ones, no seasonal specials). They also serve bakery goods and breakfast items. The store very nice interior with some sitting area. The barista was super nice and helpful during my order. Drinks come out pretty quickly.
I guess I should’ve known to be wary of paying ridiculously inflated prices, but $1.95 extra for two pats of butter to go along with the $4.95 plain ‘bagel’ is egregious.

I needed a quick pick me up, so I was happy this cafe was located in the Renaissance Hotel. And they offered a decent Starbucks menu.There's a nice assortment of snacks and drinks. I would highly suggest visiting for a quick meal. When I entered the cafe, I was quickly assisted with my order. The wait was virtually non existent and I was on my way.

The menu apparently needs to be updated because when you order an item at the size you want, they tell you they don’t have that size, AND they don’t have that kind of drink available. Plus, the price on the menu is incorrect. Seriously?! I was told corporate needed to update the menu to match the system. I would think they should just take the menu down. Super disappointing experience. ??
