Dined in for lunch today and this location is being run like a real restaurant, with attentive staff for example the manager following up with everyone inside to ask if we were enjoying our meal and if he could get us anything, expressing appreciation for our business, didn’t get his name but the server’s name is Matthew. Great job gentlemen
Last time I went to the drive thru here there was great attention to detail as well, inside today was just above and beyond

I love the turkey avocado sandwich. Eating a sandwich on toasted sourdough bread is the biggest draw for me.

I just moved to the area and wanted to try my nearby Schlotsky’s and this location really made me regret it. I’m the type of person who regularly uses apps and placed my first pickup order here. It was not busy at all and I just had one car in front of me in the drive through. I waited for 10 minutes and the car in front of me didn’t move. So I got out of my car and walked into the restaurant to see what the deal was. There was 2 couples eating inside that had their food and no one even at the counter. It was not even remotely busy. What on EARTH could have taken them so long to handle one car? The time was 7 pm so it was a busy hour. I started to walk behind the counter to see if anyone was even working. I found an employee and asked him what was taking so long. He was EXTREMELY rude to me, same with the person who gave me my food at the window and not remorseful at all for wasting my time. The saddest part is the food is was pretty good, but I’ll still never be coming back due to the awful service. The time was 7 pm on Sunday 8/17.
If you are reading this I would avoid this location until further notice.

I haven’t had Schlotzsky’s in a very long time. Mainly because not all of them are drive thrus and I’m always on the go. But I was so disappointed in this location! The bread wasn’t even fully baked! Very doughy and sandwich itself was drenched in mayo! I couldn’t even eat but a few bites (and mainly because I was especially hungry) before I was done! 🤢 My sister went with me this day and while in the drive thru she expressed to me that she was actually giving them a chance to redeem themselves since the last time she came to this location she ordered some cinnamon buns and never got them! Now we all know, if you are in the mood for a sweet treat after your meal and look to see if never made it in the bag! Super disappointed! She went back another day and told them about it and all the manager said was “Sorry about that “ very unamused! So definitely will NOT be going back here!

Very bad service at the drive thru. The board was missing parts of the menu and no one responded when I said hello. Waited awhile before asking again. Decided to drive up and then I hear a response from the board. The person “hold on” in a very rude tone. I told them I was going to leave because now I’m scared of the service and he tried to explain that his headphone was off. I’m tired of coming to places where the staff isn’t trained and under paid. Schlotzskys has gotten so terrible. I wanted something other than burgers nd fries and they can’t keep it together. Just annoying.

Construction on the inside was going on. The food is great, however no one should be operating drive through if they have a hearing impairment with no aid. People were screaming at the drive through operator and repeating themselves to exhaustion. The individual should be inside, or given another task. It is overstood we all need to make a living.

Ugh, this greasy, little chubby fellow rang up my order. No hello, no thank you, just basic, get-through-the day service. While eating my sandwich, one of those DoorDash drivers came in and since there were no employees in sight, he tried to get me to retrieve his order for him. I explained that I was a customer, hence sitting here eating a sandwich and he would need to find a little, greasy guy to get his order. A few moments later, the little guy appears and gets the driver his stuff. I felt bad for the driver since his tips hinge on his speedy service. I'm gonna recommend you skip this location not only because the service lacks but the men's restroom was filthy. I've been in nicer gas station restrooms.
