CRAZY prices. $9.90 for a medium sandwich before taxes and with no drink!!It's so bad that they themselves seem to be ashamed of what they charge. The Schlotzky's website has no prices. The only way to find prices before going there, is to pretend you want to place an online order. But even in their online ordering system they don't show you an overview of prices. You have to click on each item to figure out how much it costs. [Attached is a screenshot from their online-ordering site: no prices listed until you click one of the sandwiches.]If they feel like they have to hide prices from customers that much, maybe they ought to rethink what they charge.

I’ve heard of Schlotzky’s and maybe even driven past a few Shchlotzky’s locations but I definitely regret not trying it sooner. I had the deluxe original which was fresh, hot and juicy! If you think of the sandwiches on commercial’s, they actually deliver on a BIG juicy sandwich. I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

2 stars my sandwich was good however the loaded potato soup taste like it was cooked with buttermilk....the milk used to make the soup was soured!!!..I had to throw the entire bowl away IT WAS

I didn't know what to think of the Chicken Bacon Ranch Calzone, but I have to say I LOVED IT!! The food was almost as good as the friendly service and relaxing atmosphere! Give it a try! You will NOT be disappointed.

Cool air, the AC works really well! (Note, it's 103 deg F outside) We came in, order was taken with a smile, and best of all...we could enjoy our meal in the dining room. We ordered a Calzone. It was tasty. And the best part was the crust was crispy. The Italian part was satisfying.
Very disappointed in this place. I come here once a week to get the giant sandwich and save up points the food is absolutely delicious but the customer service absolutely sucks. I went in today on 4/20 to order my regular sandwich a giant fiesta with ham no chipotle no red pepper the girl at the register had no idea how to use my points or the register I had to show her she had to scan it she also refused to let me add any of the extras like bacon ,avocado, and turkey that I always order. SHe told me very plainly I had to take the Sandwich as it comes!!!? i’ve worked in restaurants and hospitality all my life you definitely want to upsell and get that extra money for add-ons so I basically wasted my 200 points and got a sandwich I absolutely hated I’m very upset about this I will not be returning to this store. I know management trains their workers but she made it an impossible situation and didn’t know how to work the register at all thanks a lot Schlotzsky’s

A solid sandwich chain, but I wouldn't say that the offerings and quality and taste are any better than Panera bread...especially given the sandwiches are close to $10 alone, but great on a quick time crunch. I recommend the Chicken Fiesta sandwich and the chicken avocado flatbread.

I'm in line at the Addison schlotzskys & myself & two other customers have been in line for over ten minutes & there are no employees in sight. No one at the register, & many of the tables are absolutely filthy. This is my first time at schlotzskys, & I'll never ever be back. The owner should look at the video footage starting about 7:40pm on 7/19/22. Never, ever, again.

I use this place everytime. I love it here but this time I just wanted to use the restroom for my 3 year old and they mentioned you can only use it if you are buying something. This was a shame !

The evening shift lady was grumpy and then when they forgot something on my order… I waited at the counter for 10 min. until someone came back. No one was manning the register. Super weird.
