Been passing by here for so long and never actually stopped in, definitely glad I finally did! First bite of the burger was incredible, the flavor of the patty itself was amazing and was only complimented by the pepperjack cheese and Chipotle mayo. I will definitely be coming back here?

Food is usually cooked pretty well here. The only downside is how mellow and impolite the staff is at times. Not that they're rude...they just usually seem mad at life. Tough job working in the food industry, but not the mood I wanna be around during my lunch break.

Smashburger has really gone down hill in recent years. The burgers are smaller and greasier than they used to be. Also, if you were dining in house and ordered a shake, you used to get your cup filled and the leftover shake in the mixing cup. Now you get a small cup and that's it. I got a chocolate shake that tasted like vanilla with a hint of chocolate.

I like to come here, when I'm not worried about calories, and bite into a juicy burger! So glad they are close by. Just remember to keep the sodium at a minimum...I can put salt on, but I can't take it off.

Great fries! But that's about all I can say about this place. I could of ordered a kids meal and got the same size burger and fries plus a drink for half the price of a regular meal. The buns were ice cold like they have been in the fridge, the meat was hardly even warm, and the tomatoes were straight mush. I will never go again.
The burger was big and good quality ingredients, but there was like 10 tomatoes slices and there was so much sauce I had the throw the bun away and eat it with a fork and knife. Why so much? I also ordered bacon and they charged me for it but no bacon. Itll probably be a while before I eat here again. Better fast food burgers less than a mile away.

I waited 45 minutes for my food,for 25 minutes my burger was just sitting a bag . Several people who ordered after me got their food ahead me. I had a cold burger , cold fries and I spent 10.00 for sup par food and well below average service. So if you like your hamburgers ice cold, slow service and you enjoy waiting a hour and paying for that ... then this is your place

It was my first and last time at a Smashburger. We happened to come on a night that had a line for another place of business; it blocked off pretty much the main parking area for "valet" parking. Luckily we caught somebody living one of the VERY LIMITED parking spots, so we were able to eat dinner before an event we had that night. Walking in, I noticed the dirty floors, but we still walked to the counter to order. Placed our order and then went to a booth to sit (the table was dirty but looked like it had been reset but not wiped down). It took ALONG time to get our order in complete. I received my burger first....(we ordered another burger and a large fry)....I kept taking small bites every so often because I wanted to enjoy a hot burger but didn't want to eat without my honey. Probably another 10 minutes and he finally gets his burger.....it was a double meat burger that he ordered(a menu combo) but it only have one patty in it. We wouldn't have made a big deal but for $20, I was. Another 10 minutes and he finally gets the right burger and fries ...... The burger was dripping grease and the fries were extremely oily. They had two high school girls "working" but they really weren't doing much except for standing around and talk to each other, the girl who brought his burger didn't even say sorry to us. I'm pretty sure they had a cook walk out as all. It was just an all around upsetting experience.
