Always visit when I arrive in town. They have a service line where you pick your meats then head to a section where you pick your side item. There are bottled soda or a soda fountain. They bake fresh side bread that are brought out in a basket. If they bring you bread do not turn them down.

I go to Spring Creek all the time on Sundays. Today I stopped in becz I felt like eating some ribs. I went in to place an order. As I walked in I see an African American man at the register. I greeted him very cheerfully as I do everyone I come across. The guy kept a very stern look on his face and asked if he could help me. I was like oh wow ok...I placed my to order and as he went to go weigh my ribs I heard him laughing with the co workers but he was so straight face with me. The interaction made me sad immediately. I checked out but I couldn't enjoy my food. I have a lot of hurt behind my smile and I force it out to keep from going thru any additional pain with random people, and the way that man acted towards me just took the little joy I had.You never know what a person is going thru. Be kind, smile those things are free!!!!
Spring Creek Barbeque in Addison. We used to frequent this location before the Covid pandemic and I was looking forward to a visit.Quality was variable before but this visit was SO VERY DISAPPOINTING !Meat was tender but many small pieces of cartilage. Two corn pieces, one freezer burned. Green beans poorly seasoned. Roll that comes with dinner was cold.ALL THE FOOD WAS ONLY LUKEWARM AT BEST. This is food from a steam table!! Second roll only passable.Rolls no longer come out of oven and are delivered straight away. Butter melted on NOTHING, not corn, not beans, not rolls!When I got up , meat from a previous customer was all under my chair. Table had salt and pepper in regular shakers and they both had dried sauce on them! Covid regulations should have not even had them on table!Did someone come around to ask about our food? NO!Did I complain? NO! You can't replace my cold food with more cold food from a steam table that is set to cold.I was so disappointed. It will be a long time before we return, if ever.

Very nice place. They use to have all you can eat sides. 5 stars if they go back to unlimited sides. Changed to 2 sides for meal. Free scoop of blue bell ice cream on Sundays. 1 baked potato instead of 2 sides is the best deal.

Brisket was cold and lacking flavor, Mac and cheese looked as if it had been sitting there all day, very dry. This might be ok barbeque in Grandforks ND or London England but in Texas this doesn't work.
