Xavier, the Starbucks employee, has a terrible attitude. He ignores you while chatting on the phone, and when he finally bothers to help, his rude demeanor makes the experience unpleasant. A little kindness would go a long way!

The employee Xavier gives attitude as soon as you want to order, he says stuff under his breath, he complains while making the drinks too, he was cussing as well and also threw half the drink was supposed to give us. He just doesn’t make the experience pleasant.

Xavier treats me very badly just because I showed him a picture of a coffee, he gave me a dirty look and then spoke to me very rudely when I asked what milk I wanted and he didn't even put cream in the coffee.

Nice new stand but they never have cold brew coffee. Like every time I come they're out. Not sure if they actually serve it here.
Unfortunately, we had a bad experience shopping at this location. One of the self-checkouts froze and we called Barbara a manager and she restarted the self-checkout and left us there and did not help us. So, we decided to move to the next self-checkout to make the process faster. As we started to scan all the items again. A tall male manager started watching us and hovering over us. He kept interrupting us and looking at the checkout screen and asking if we had scanned certain items and I replied, " we are not finish scanning " and they continued to hover over us and started scanning items for us. At this point I am thinking he thinks we are stealing. I saw their actions as very disrespectful and harassment. When we complained to both managers. They said what we did was "illegal" and spoke to us in a mocking tone. We are very saddened by this experience, since in no way we did anything illegal or implied of theft. I hope this store can implement better customer service.
