This is the worst customer service I’ve received in a very long time. There was one employee who moved slower than molasses and was extremely rude. There seemed to be a language barrier which is not necessarily the problem, however she was upset with me when I asked for extra toppings. It took her 15+ minutes to make 2 sandwiches and she kept going back in the back room for what seemed like a mini break every 3 minutes. When she rang me up, she basically threw the receipt in my direction instead of handing it to me and walked away. I will not be returning to this location as the experience was very poor.

This place is terrible. Can’t understand English a customer in the store helped me out. I ordered All American Club they didn’t know what was on it. I always get Senior Discount he didn’t know what it was 🤦♀️.

Used to be a good subway to go to. But recently they have gone downhill. They don't speak English enough to understand the customer. When you order a non numbered sandwich (that is on one of the smaller menu boards) they have no clue what you are talking about (I had to take a picture of the menu board to literally point to it), and even then they had to call their manager to find out how to make it. We walked out. And since this seems to be a common issue based on other reviews, it seems the management doesn't really care about this issue.

Terrible service, two employees no one speaks basic English. The lady making sandwiches was on the phone with someone who was clearly explaining how to make the sandwich she was so slow. I wasted my break and didn’t have time to eat, unbelievably incompetent. I’m assuming this is franchise location and they don’t hire enough people. Absolutely worst location ever. Stay away.

I ordered pickup and after waiting till past the time suggested I went to pick up the order. There were three or four employees and zero customers in the store and my food wasn’t ready. I left and came back 10 mins later and it STILL wasn’t ready. They then tell me that they don’t have my bread. All in all took 45 mins to get a sandwich. I will never order from this Subway again.

I came in today around 4pm and the staff seem to not know what they were doing. There also seemed to be a language barrier, and I’m not pointing that out to be offensive or discriminatory, just to explain my experience. Also, this location sells mini cookies and I picked out some to add to my order. The staff didn’t know how to ring them up, so I put the cookies back and just got the sandwich.

My daughter and I went to subway and we were the only customers there, she placed here order and I was waiting to place my order. Some guy comes in and another employee comes and starts to wait on him and I told her I need to place my order, I was there first. She asked me which bread and I told her. She walks away and starts to wait slicing meat and never came back. Meanwhile my daughter finishes her order and I told them we’re here together I need to place my order. Another employee comes and completely over looks me and starts waiting on the guy behind me. My Oder was never started even after I made my complaint. I asked for a manager and they told a Bold face lie and said she’s not here, she’s the in a hospital. They are discrimination is REAL! Karma is REAL, what goes around comes around! They’ll reap what sow, Bible ! I would not recommend going here, barely speaks English and constantly messing up orders, go next door to chipotle instead.

This location is horrible!!
When I first walked in, another employee was heading out, leaving one woman by herself. I waited in line for her to finish the two guys in front of me orders. When she did, she was quick to help me but did not seem to know what she was doing as if she were new? She kept calling her manager to confirm things, okay, no biggie. As it's time for me to pay( I got the 6.99 meal deal btw) the total came to be 8.79?? I knew that was incorrect and asked her to change it. She rolled her eyes and called her manager at this point, I was not upset. I just wanted my food for the correct price. Matters were settled, and I paid. As I got to get a drink from the soda dispenser, i saw something black in it. It's a roach. I'm serious when it comes to bugs, so I asked for a refund. That's should be no big deal, but no to the employee she scoffed and rolled her eyes, but befor she could tell me off a man who saw the whole thing said " she's telling the truth I seen it fall" she scoffed"wait". And wait I did, as she made the man and the woman who came in orders. My kids then came to me saying they saw a roach under and ON the table. The more looked around, the more realized how dirty everything was... I got my refund after she called her manager asking if she could return my money to me? She gave me dimes and pennies saying she was out of ones... All I wanted was a sandwich and got roaches instead. Do not eat here if you value your health!

Yikes, whole order was wrong... wrong sandwich ingredients, sandwich tasted terrible. The chicken tastes fake, and has a nasty texture. The lettuce that I did NOT order was soggy and gross, which I knew it would be, hence why I asked for none. I was given a peppermint chocolate cookie instead of chocolate chip. I was looking forward to the chocolate chip cookie after the bad sandwich (at least they can't mess this up!) and then saw the cookie was wrong. Not even sure who wants this peppermint chocolate thing after Christmas... it's February. After several bad experiences at different locations, it's probably time to give up on Subway. Something is wrong here.
