I called here, the man picked up and said something like papa John’s while mumbling. I ended up asking if this was subway and he mocked me in a rude way. I proceeded to ask if I could order a subways sandwich and and mocked me even ruder and then hung up on me??? Subway is going down hill and down FAST. ?

Literally one of the most rude and horrible experience. The guy in charge threw my sandwich together, was rude and rushed me through my whole order. He was upset that I didn’t tell him the second sandwich at the same time because I was still deciding and his attitude oozed off him.

DONT COME HERE unless you want to be charged for an item you didn’t purchase & costs $1.30 more, which couldn’t be corrected because there was no manager on duty. If you want to try explaining the issue to people who don’t entirely speak English, be gaslit by the old, female worker , who took 50 cents out her own purse & tossed it on the counter to me, then denied me a refund when I refused the order all together, then by all means ! You’re in for a wonderful experience. This place needs to be shut down. The service is terrible. Wish I paid attention to the other reviews.

Ordered a sandwich then saw a roach slowly walking on where the sandwiches were being prepared - Roach looked comfortable and non threatened.Roach almost crawled on employees and and they acted like they did not see it - was immediately disgusted.Used to like coming to this Subway but had to throw my sandwich away after seeing this.

DO NOT ORDER VIA THE APP... I ordered my sandwich on toasted multigrain bread... It was not toasted and I swear this bread is not multigrain. The amount of avocado that was used was a super thin coat, cheese that I ordered was not present... I ordered via the app when I parked .. it immediately said they were working on it.. the restaurant only had 2 people in it... Waited 10 min... Went in... No welcome or anything. My sandwich was already made and just sitting on the counter but tell me why on the app it said they were working on it which made me wonder how long it had been sitting there.. the male male working didn't say a single word through our interaction. I will ensure to never come back to this specific location. I even tipped via the app...never doing that again.The experience should be seamless - this was not.. good luck staying in business.. Chipotle does it way better - call them for some training. I didn't complain bc I was busy and wanted a quick bite before my evening engagement.

Ok… first thing, bad customer service!. The bread is always stale, if you ask for softer bread they get attitudes. The manager is awful and needs to be fired. This store is ALWAYS DIRTY!! The drink station is always very dirty. Their veggies are always wilted, they always have soggy tomatoes. The way this woman put my meat on my bread was horrific. She literally scrunched it up and it wasn’t even the right portion. I used to work at subway and I still remember how to properly make a subway sandwich abs keep the line clean. The line is always very visibly dirty… where’s the health department??? Guacamole is always brown, god knows when was the last time they cleaned out the tea pots in the front!!?? The tea taste very old like it’s been sitting for days. Omgggg CORPORATE PLEASE GET INVOLVED WITH THIS LOCATION. New management and new staff is a MUST!!!

Listen.... I'm not sure how they have 3.5 stars but this location has all of the ingredients for a bad review. From bad customer service with rude workers to the freshness of the food and it's presentation. I mean it's ridiculous. They need a major overhaul like a Bar rescue type deal.Don't do it. Reconsider!

So apparently when you wait in a line, have your entire order made and get to the register, you get told you can't pay with a $50 bill. Just basically waited in line so the employee could get a free sandwich.
