I always come here but lately I noticed a new girl sheis very helpful and she clean the lobby and windows are clean know I seen a young lady cleaning ask her what her name she said Nancy she need to run this place as assistant manager please keep her she moves around so quick drive through and front wow amazing I always will keep coming as long as she is around

I drive farther from Plano to eat at this location.
Their salsa actually has flavor. Super fresh.
Clean dining room and salsa bar.
Really nice staff. Always seem short handed on staff but they do a great job. Just be patient.

Tonight I got a dozen been and cheese tacos…so fresh and they made fresh tortillas...

The fault is that of the owner/management alone.
There was a grand total of 3 people working, 3.5 hours after the location was open. The 2 ladies were working the kitchen, the drive-thru, and the register/counter, while the guy was wondering around and then just watching the tortillas come out of the machine.
Understaffing, and overworking the on-duty staff (that were actually working) at a location like this is just bad management and bad business....
