In an usual series of events I was actually at Texas de Brazil for two consecutive weeks. My son took me for my birthday and then I took my wife for our anniversary. In both cases the meat delivery process was disappointing from visits in previous years. The servers would frequently come out of the preparation area and go in two separate directions that somehow frequently missed our table. This happened during both visits. I mentioned it to one of the managers after the first visit but the pattern was exactly the same the following week. Then, on our anniversary visit we got a dessert (it was free for our anniversary), but the server added a topping on our papaya cream dessert with (apparently) disclosing that the topping had an alcoholic content, or so it tasted. Since I don't drink alcoholic beverages, it definitely distorted the taste. I would have skipped the topping of I knew it had alcohol. Also, the next morning my stomach was upset and I wouldn't be surprised if it was the alcohol in the dessert that I am not used to consuming. Thankfully, I was able to sleep it off without too much consequence.

Our service and dinner were great, we had the best time. We choose the chocolate mousse cake for dessert, it was so delicious, my new fave! Will definitely be back.

Amazing service, didn't ever have to wait for the servers attention, and was always ready at the right time for me and my date. Amazing food and atmosphere was calm and friendly, will come here again and recommend to any person seeking the full experience of Texas de Brazil.

I scheduled a reservation for 7:30, got to the restaurant, checked in with the Hostess' and was told we would need to wait a little bit for our table, 27 minutes later they called us for our table, that did not make a great start to our Son's birthday celebration. The food and service after the initial wait was good but, I still don't understand why they didn't have our table for 6 ready based solely on our confirmed reservations .All that being said, in the long run the celebration finished well, despite the bad start.

Their menu lists many selections of meat, however we only had the same 5 cuts available. The salad bar and the hot dishes were fine.

Many of the meats were over cooked. We have visited several times and the food was always exceptional but something seemed off on this visit.

the service was alright. I had asked near the end of the meal to have one more bite of a particular cut of meat, and they never brought it. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY... mop the dang floor. it was all slick with grease like a roadside diner.

This was a good restaurant but had several issues. First the floors are a slick tile that several guests had issues walking on, women in heels. It started pouring rain which made this worse. Then there are two side doors that water started coming in through as well. Due to the nature of the construction it was extremely loud as well. The salad bar was really good, the meat was pretty good but other restaurants of this style have had more types of meat to choose from. We tried this place because we had not yet but wish we would have went back to our tried and true. The waitress was alright but she had several tables plus trying to keep water from flooding in the restaurant so giving her a pass for slow service and forgetfulness. The valet was amazing with the rain!!!! He deserves extra praise.

First time to this location and we enjoyed it even more than we thought we could. Staff was very friendly and attentive, food was cooked to perfection with an amazing variaty and the interior itself was beautiful.

Excellent as always. Best in DFW. Meat was flowing and the service was top notch and friendly.

I feel like we were charged the wrong amount. We came for Sunday brunch & got charged dinner price

We've enjoyed Texas de Brazil in the past, but this visit was disappointing. The lamb chops were small and bland, the Lobster Bisque was lukewarm and unsafe, and the rolls were tough and never came out warm. The floors were slick and felt dirty, and we never saw any management presence. Unfortunately, this is our second bad experience at this chain, so we won't be back. For a much better Brazilian steakhouse, we recommend Brasão in Plano — they have amazing shrimp, pineapple, and delicious lamb!

Food was ok. Salad bar was fantastic. Crème brûlée was gross, like a flan with sugar top. Way way overpriced for what was served. Fogo de Cho from now on.

It was extremely crowded today. The tables were very close together. It took a long time for the gauchos to bring meat selections to our table. Our server did her best but it seemed like she was overwhelmed. We have been dining here for years and it was disappointing.
