I tried to make a reservation of my team around 25 people since Monday 12/8, the system said will reach out to me in 24 hours, but no one has reached out, I did call yesterday 12/9 and an employee said a manager would call back soon. today 12/10 no one has reached, I did call today 2 times, but no one answered, no one commented back on the website. Sorry we have to move on with another restaurant for our event.

Food is always incredible, the staff is very attentive. My family goes every year for Thanksgiving. We always order drinks and multiple desserts and tip. But somehow I always feel like they are trying to rush us out of there. The sausages are incredible and the beef rib is so rich and delicious.

Overpriced and a very mediocre attitude from the server demanding a tip of over 20%

The Meat and Sides were great. The salad bar lacked options. I was expecting more than 15 options. We had reservations but still ended up waiting 45 minutes for our table. The front of the house staffed weren't very inviting or could give us an estimated time for the wait. Once we were seated the waitress was great. The Brazilian cheese bread 10/10. I'd just say it could have been better. I feel like we weren't offered anything for the inconvenience. Never saw any managers addressing issues or helping with the flow. No free drinks or any accommodations offered while we waited. Being in the service Industry myself it felt a little lacking. Especially when you spend over $200 for dinner. I'd say a one time and done for us.

Love it here. It is a bit on the pricy side but for all you can eat I do not complain. I have 2 favorite cuts of meat, great salad bar, and loovve the lobster bisque

Came here only because we had a gift card burning a hole in our pocket. Wish we’d just let it expire.
The salad bar was actually the best part: fresh greens, decent cheeses, good prosciutto, grilled vegetables, and some solid hot sides, the Au Gratin was good.
The dining room layout is odd, the salad bar runs down the middle like a divider, so half the tables are on one side and half on the other. Gauchos have to weave through two completely separate sections, which means the meat circulation is painfully slow and uneven. We sat with empty plates for 5-10 minutes at a time waiting for the next skewer while watching the other side of the room get served twice. Flip your card to green all you want; it doesn’t help when no one comes by.
Picanha has barely any seasoning, no crust, tasted like plain grilled beef.
Beef ribs were straight up pot roast texture, zero bark, zero flavor beyond boiled meat.
Chicken was dry. Garlic & spicy beef were the only meats with seasoning, but could be a little salty for some.
The carrot cake was actually good. Moist, nicely spiced, the cheese cake slice that looked decent on the tray but tasted like it came straight out of the grocery freezer case.
We left full but unsatisfied and already planning a proper steak dinner at home to cleanse the palate.
When the highlight of a $250+ dinner for two (with drinks and tip) is still the salad bar, save your money and your taste buds. Gift card or not, we won’t be back.

Love this place. Dining is always a fabulous experience. I will love this place even when they mess up my to-go order because it’s that good. And I will always come back and support them.

The food is amazing as usual. Most meats were cooked to perfection and the salad bar was outstanding as always. My only complaint was seeing that the brunch was no more. It is now full price. Kinda sad as we loved going for weekend brunch for less but we did enjoy some of the higher proce meats since it is not full price. Overall still a wonderful experience.

We had Anna for the 2nd time now at this location & she is our favorite! So kind, pays attention to detail, & engaged in great conversation with us while we dined. She made our experience so much more personal! :)

We celebrated our anniversary here. I wasn't expecting something free but some restaurants do give you free desserts. I was just a tiny bit disappointed when they didn't or acknowledge. With that being said, our server was good. The meat was great and the lamb chops were perfect.

Wow. I must say Texas de Brazil has lost a step. Seasoning... No Seasoning not even salt on meat. Salad bar is lacking. Not enough items. Oh let's not forget the hot bar. Jalapeño soup was awful, scalloped potatoes awful. Mushrooms and rice was good. The meat servers could not even speak English. I wish I knew Spanish. They would just pass by and not even ask if u wanted it or if you asked for a specific thing, they didn't know? Waitress was exceptional, she did not cook the food or decide what's on the salad bar. Quality does not match the price.
