Honestly, kind of underwhelming. I've had plenty of Greek and Middle Eastern food in my lifetime, and this felt like a lazy attempt. I got a chicken sandwich because one of my longtime favorite foods is chicken shawarma; it's not the thinly sliced shawarma meat, but I'm alright with that. Right off the bat, though, I'm disappointed by the accoutrements. The only options are lettuce/tomato/bell peppers/jalapeno peppers/onion/olives. No pickles, pickled onions, tabbouleh, Kalamata olives, feta, etc. Then, the spreads/sauces. Your options are white sauce and spicy sauce, that's it. No pomegranate molasses (somewhat understandable), no hummus (not remotely understandable), and for the life of me I can't place what the white sauce is supposed to be—but from my experiences with Middle Eastern/Greek food I can tell that it isn't toum and definitely isn't tzatziki. The service takes a bit of a hit since any questions I asked I didn't really get clear answers.
All in all, I would much rather take a place that does either Greek or Middle Eastern food well instead of this place that, in my opinion, haphazardly attempts both and succeeds at neither.

Ordered @ 7pm on 12/31 for delivery with a close time @ 8:30pm.. No one ever called, reached out, nor cancelled my ordered after placing it. I finally received a cancellation notice from DoorDash saying order has been cancelled @ 9:40pm.. Not only do I get to miss dinner I have to wonder who to contact for a refund as I ordered from store directly, but they outsourced DoorDash for delivery.
Normally I don’t do reviews. But I ordered delivery and the delivery person didn’t deliver it to me. They left my order somewhere because they couldn’t “access the building”. I even tried to call but the didn’t answer. Then I call the store and I try to explain but the person put me on hold and then hung up.

This place had terrible employees with bad customer service who did not use proper hygiene and who didn’t speak English at all. Couldn’t even check my reward status and when I asked to redeem my reward he said “what is that”
