Ghost kitchen place (many restaurant kitchens in one place) is amazing. This particular kitchen I can not recommend after trying them a few times. I don't understand the problem of endless inconsistencies in food flavor and quality, takes long to fill orders and varies from bland to over seasoned on same dish. It is like they have different cooks who do their own thing. Recent order included rice that was terribly seasoned and not edible. I hate wasting food that way and just way too expensive for this lack of quality. Just can't recommend them. Try the many different other kitchens instead, they are all amazing.

I was given the wrong tacos chicken instead of beef. They refused to refund it and i spent an hour to get a refund they said i will get it but it hasn’t posted yet

So you order your food from a tablet that’s similar to Uber Eats. Once your food is ready, you pick it up from a locker with a code they give you. That part was pretty seamless!
The tacos were really good, though a little charred for my liking. It comes with onions and cilantro in them, but no limes.
The consomé was more like a “chilli.” Wasn’t a consistency I cared for nor did the flavor wow me. The tacos had enough flavor alone to not have to worry about this thankfully.
Now the rice was….questionable. Had no flavor, so I had to add salt and pepper to them.
Overall, not mad at the food.

So!! This place was already my go to spot but it just got SO MUCH BETTER. We had a little mishap because people were training. No big deal, we've all been there for sure. But Nicole called me up and explained the situation. She offered me another of my usual order and it was glorious!! PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Of course customer service is rare to get at all these days let alone to go the extra mile like she just did. Did not expect that from a ghost kitchen but here we are!!

For starters , this is not a restaurant... its more like a place with a tablet with over 20 restaurants that you choose from(More so catering to delivery services more than sit in patrons) . Not my cup of tea ... The Gentleman at he counter was very nice , but just as confused as I was lol

I love this place the birria tacos are delicious, I prefer the flour tortillas over the corn tortillas because the flour crisp alot better. I have tasted both versions and yes 5 stars on the flour and also the tacos.. great job guys!!!!!!!
First order was phenomenal. Tried the beef Quesabirria and it was so good I pulled over to eat half of it in the car. 2nd order a couple weeks later was dry and didn't see the guac was missing until I got home. 3rd time not much better. Today was my very last time trying. Again missing part of the order (simply no guacamole included) that I was charged for. The container was sideways in the bag (didn't know) and leaked all over the car. I don't understand the huge difference since I first tried this kitchen....but simply done giving it more tries and wasting money. Sorry...can't recommend any longer.
